The Displayit team absolutely stepped up and delivered beyond my expectations! April was SO accommodating, knowledgeable and she responded within minutes of all my emails. Connor (the proofing guy) was so patient with all the little changes and comments my creative and studio staff sent with regard to the walls. We are just now putting the finishing touches on the display. I’ve added your company to our approved vendor list so we will be reaching out to you on our next client request for a display. This was the easiest online customized purchase I’ve ever done.

Pricing and service were great! They also went above and beyond to make sure we had the booths in time for 2 tradeshows happening simultaneously the same week...even though the artwork wasn't approved until the 11th hour. They snuck it into production and saved the day!

Case is extremely sturdy and handy, though the front printing was a little blurry with a lower resolution than expected despite the hi-res print files we sent. Nevertheless, it's only visible from a meter or closer, so not very noticeable.

Due to some last-minute changes to our event, we knew we were going to need additional feather flags to help with traffic flow and marketing event locations. I reached out to Displayit via their chat and was immediately connected to a very helpful customer care agent. Due to the quantity, I asked about discounts and was transferred over to an account manager, Leo, who was BEYOND helpful. I had about a million questions, as I needed to make sure these were exactly what we were needing, and he was nothing but helpful. He sent me photos and examples, to reassure me that what they had was what I was needing. On top of the large quantity of flags we were ordering, we also needed them quickly. Again, Leo and his team were phenomenal at getting it all taken care of and worked with me through the entire process.

The flags were delivered a few days early and they were gorgeous! They were exactly what we needed and on the day of setup, they were a breeze to piece together. I will never hesitate to order from them again and can't thank them enough for helping me save the day on this!

Inquired on line about ordering a banner and received immediate information and assistance on ordering our product. The product is professional and the colors are vibrant. We will use them again!

When I was first getting estimates for our project, the customer service I experienced from DisplayIt was noticeably different from the very beginning -- and ultimately why I chose DisplayIt over the other companies. In fact, one of the larger competitors asked why we weren't going with them, and I told them DisplayIt's customer service was much better. In fact, when our project was shipped directly to the conference, there was an issue. The event managers weren't finding the package on their end. DisplayIt immediately offered generous solutions. We eventually found the package, but it was nice feeling like our event was important to your team, as well. No doubt in my mind other companies would have said, "too bad, we shipped it." Our display looks fantastic! We are extremely happy and will definitely return to DisplayIt for future projects.
