I found Disputes through a simple web search. A representative made contact with me almost immediately and within 24 hours I had a Zoom meeting with an attorney. Two days later, I had the document I needed. They are responsive, reliable and thorough. If I require legal assistance again in Ukraine, I will gladly contact this firm.

They were the only Ukranian law firm to respond to my request for assistance with getting certified duplicate documents. They responded to my email and also WhatsApp messages. The team provided guidance on my special case and also gave me a schedule on the process. They required payment for each stage and provided evidence that each stage as scheduled was completed. The document was then sent by an international courier to me. The staff is multilingual and friendly. I highly recommend them. Feel free to speak in Ukranian, English or Russian.

I was a victim of fraud and contacted Disputes law firm. Initially a great experience. Quick and simple responses. 800 Euros to send 2 email demand letters. Then with one defendant ignoring demand and the other denying it I am told by Dymtro that the Ukraine supreme court doesn't consider my case fraud and I cannot go any further. 800 euros to send emails they can just ignore.

I had tried to obtain my transcript through many people over time, but among all the options, these lawyers quoted the lower amount and actually got the job done. It’s true that when they asked for a certain amount upfront, it created some confusion about whether it was a genuine service. The process took over a year, and the final cost was higher than what was initially quoted.

Still, I’m truly thankful that the work was completed, and I finally received my transcript. Throughout the journey, the lawyers kept me updated at every step, which gave me confidence and clarity.
