Clothes are lovely but expensive and not worth the price. I purchased knitwear after 2 wears somehow jumper shrunk lost it shaped can't wear it anymore. Contacted DISSH and they advising me about the bobbling lol. Completely different issue I reported and funny enough jumper has a bobbling texture so nothing to do with it.
Save yourself money and go to high street stores. The quality is appaling currently trying to get my money back through my bank as who can afford to spent 145 £ for a knit that looks ok up to 2 wears.

I paid £145 for a skirt and was shocked to receive it in a cheap plastic bag, like something from a budget retailer. For a brand that claims to offer quality products, the presentation and care were completely unacceptable.
I had to chase my order twice before it was even shipped, and when it finally arrived, it felt like no effort or respect was given to the product or to me as a customer.
To make things worse, I was told I’d have to pay £15 to return the item.

Can't fault the end to end experience of ordering from the UK. Ordered the Margot leather jacket whilst it was on sale and arrived within a week. Unfortunately it was far too big and I returned it paying the £15 DHL courier cost for a standard UK return (important to note that sale items are accepted and fully refunded less the courier cost from the UK). I had to contact their courier partner due to some issues contacting DHL but they responded withing 24 hours and I received the advice I needed. Again the process was very smooth, DHL tracking confirmed the return had been received by Dissh and I received confirmation from Dissh that my return and refund had been approved within 7 days of returning it. All in all, a very straight forward process, and not really any different to ordering from some UK based retailers! Whilst the product wasn't quite what I expected, I should have trusted the sizing recommendations for the Margot which said to size down. Quality seemed pretty good, not a buttery soft leather, but it was well made. All in all, if you're from the UK a good experience shopping from Dissh, and the courier cost of £15 isn't unreasonable to me.

Shocking customer service and the quality of the items is never as described (this should be obvious from the amount of influencers who are now paid to promote their clothes). Do not waste your time or your money!

Don't buy sale items. They only offer credit on sale items. This is not pointed out at checkout (like most retailers who still do this do) or confirmed in order.

Nice clothing, however, I received a customs/ duties bill from DHL almost equal to the purchase price of the products I ordered (ordered from the US) totally not worth it. Deceptive shipping prices from DISSH.

I ordered from Dissh on 7/9. I still haven't received any of my orders from them and In reading the review on Trustpilot, I saw that I have same problem as one of the consumer of Dissh. Both of us never received our packages. She ordered from Dissh on July 12 and I ordered on July 9. I received a notice from Dissh that my items were shipped on July 10 and it gave a tracking no that it look like it departed Brisbane, Australia on 7/12, then in LA, CA 7/15, back to customs on 7/17 then 7/19Bell gardens, CA 7/19, then LA, CA distribution on 7/19, and departed from LA back to the Australia on 7/22?? It's been sitting in international transit since 7/22 and today is 8/8. I asked to get my refund since I have not received my order yet. They said they have to wait until they get they received the return item?? BUT I have not received the package at all. I have so patience with Dissh. It is really disappointing. I saw Dissh on instagram and looked like they have nice stuff, but I can not make any actual judgement since I have not seen any of the stuff I purchased.
Awful company I returned a top which got lost by DHL which I found out after an investigation I started because dissh couldn’t be bothered doing which I had to chase up even though they provided me with a return label,so because of this I couldn’t claim for loss the company has too so I can get my refund,I’ve had no refund after 7 weeks my emails are being ignored and ignored,terrible customer service awful clothes please don’t waste your time or money this company is a scam this top was £104 and they are scammers
I first visited their store in Culver City California. It was a horrible experience so I decided to place an order online instead. Its been 3 weeks and still have not received my order which is worth about $500. I have contacted customer service countless times and no one will respond. I even messaged them on instagram, nothing.
They are now emailing me after this review went live with conflicting and false information. One person name Alexandra confirmed in writing that my parcel is lost and offered me a replacement or refund then vanished. Now some other person named Courtney keeps emailing useless repetitive information. I still don’t have the package or a refund.
Shein is a 5 star experience compared to this company.
This company has been a complete disaster to try to return and refund . Zero customer service! It’s been months and still no refund . Definitely zero stars and will not order again !

The customer service is even worse than cheap Chinese online purchases.
I have reached out at least 4 times and NEVER received a response. As a matter of fact I got an email asking me how my interaction with someone within the company was. But this person never contacted me...LOL!
On to the clothing itself. The size fit is all over the place. Some items fit small whereas others fit too large. It's bizarre.
Also, I ironed a linen dress as per their instructions and it ruined the "linen"dress. I'm not sure what's laced into that linen!
And what is worse, I can't return some of the items that are not as depicted online due to sale pricing.
So now I'm stuck with items that I'll never wear. And a ruined "linen" dress.

Scam. Would not recommend.
I ordered one item that costs $179. Three days later I received an email from a random person stating the following:
“We have experienced a high volume of orders due to the sitewide promotion and unfortunately due to unexpected system delays, have sold through some styles on your order (it turns out the limit does exist).
As we unfortunately do not have a replenishment expected, we have had to cancel and refund part of your order back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We are so sorry we haven’t been able to fulfill all styles on your order in this instance – please refer to your refund confirmation email for cancelled styles (this will be sent by end of day).”
It’s EOD and I still don’t have the refund confirmation email. This is deeply unprofessional and concerning.

Do not order
I ordered a linen top and within one wear the fabric on the side had severely bobbled due to the friction from my arms ( and I know this was the case as the fabric did it nowhere else) however on complaining I was told it was my fault for putting "external pressure' on it
So be warned- if you order them walk with your arms in the air.
They were so unhelpful and this isn't a cheap brand

I asked to resend the package for the correct address and the package was sent again but for the same old address. I was waiting 2 months overall and I finally requested a refund. Very poor customer service with unqualified people.
