Throughout the whole process Distinct Cremations were dignified, respectful and very supportive with carrying out the services we had bought. There was one person who gave dedicated time to handling the details needed, which was very much appreciated given the sensitive nature of what our family was going through.

I found them online and could purchase exactly what I wanted on line.It was all very clear what to do and what you recieve.I got a welcome pack through the post.And a curtesy call a week later to check I was happy with everything and if I had any questions.

It was easy to arrange the pre paid funeral and the follow up phone call was a chance to ask any questions I had. It was also good to be informed that I can contact them with any concerns or questions I have in future.

I cannot praise this company enough, from the first to last telephone call, you deal with the same person, Maxine you are an absolute asset to the company, you made a very difficult situation so much easier. Thank you

I read lots of reviews before choosing this company for my dad's direct cremation, and from the offset Sarah Miller made me feel confident and assured that my dad was in the right hands. She spoke to me with genuine compassion and empathy and truly is a credit to the company. I was kept informed every step of the way, and everything was made clear and all wishes followed out. Additionally, the man who delivered my dad's ashes back to my step mum was considerate and caring when she got upset. The wicker box and plaque were beautiful too.
