Distinctive Life made a very sad time in our lives as easy as it could possibly be

We decided to have my mother's remains cremated. Distinctive Life took care of everything, and it was painless.

We decided to have a service in Houston, but not have it at Distinctive Life. The morning off, we discovered that we did not have a Guest Book. One of the employees of Distinctive Life brought one by our hotel on a Sunday morning so we could have it at our service.

Outstanding.

The team was exceptional taking cafe of the entire family, and not only ensuring our requests were completed, but educating us on what available options were available to us.

I can't say enough good things about Distinctive Life Cremations and Funerals. I lost my husband quite suddenly in early 2016 and Brenda rearranged her schedule to meet with me right away. She and Julie took care of everything and we put together an amazing Remembrance Celebration at their chapel. The DVD they created is such a tribute to him and the life he led. Their prices are so incredibly reasonable and they really took care of everything especially when I was so frazzled. I really thank them for offering so much care and compassion during such a difficult time.

My life insurance did not kick in because it was contested,so Distinctive Life help to make more suitable and reasonable arrangments. They really will pick you up.

They were very helpful in a difficult situation which was totally foreign to me.

Did know what to do when my brother died with his wishes to be cremated
and no services held. I had asked the nurse and Dr in charge who they would recommend and they gave me a couple of choices. I called Distinctive Life and they were most helpful with all phases of the death,
from the picking up the body to delivery of the ashes.

Wonderful and caring service! We used Distinctive Life for a pre-paid funeral plan and the funeral service for a loved one. Would definitely recommend them.

Great and caring experience.

I recently lost my dear grandmother. About 20 days before her death I searched online looking to make her end of life arrangements. Obviously, no one is eager to do this. You never lose hope that that person you love sooo much will get better, but.... I knew deep in my heart this time was different... The first person i talked to was Tammy at Distintive Life. She was super nice. Believe it or not. I think all that process went smoothly thanks to her and her coworkers. They were always nice and sympathetic. You will be surprised at other places. People are unbelivable cold and has zero simpathy for what you are going through. To say the least, I would definitely recommend them as they provided me with the best support i could of need at that moment. I thank them enormously.

Every person (that means all persons) in the organization I ever met with, every emailed with, ever phoned with, was immediately helpful, and responsive, and "nice". In a tough timeframe, they were all, and I mean all, the best anyone could hope for. Yes, I am serious.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Meghann Haller took over and didn;'t try to upsell. I didn't have to do anything basically except write an obit. I just can't even tell you how pleased I was. I certainly hope I don't need your services again, but be assured I will certainly do so if necessary.
