I have used Distinguished Carriages many times and the service has always been perfect, on time and polite. Last October I had to rearrange bookings at the last moment due to weather conditions cancelling flights, and they went to great trouble to sort it out for me and and get me to the right place at the right time. And then last November they went beyond the call of duty when I had an “old lady” moment and left my handbag in the hotel where I had been staying. We were nearly at my destination when I realised this. My driver got into contact with Darryl, who went to the hotel, collected my bag and drove to London to re-unite me with it. What superb service!

A superb service, punctual, polite and perfection. This was the first time I have used Distinguished Carriages, but certainly will not be the last. The Heathrow transfer went without a issues, no waiting for the driver and a lovely car as well, highly recommended.

We were met by Chris at Heathrow, and it was a pleasure to be transported to Southampton. He was waiting for us and most pleasant throughout the trip. The vehicle was comfortable and properly held all of our luggage. We will be repeat customers.

My family have been using Distinguished Cars for a few years now. The cars are all comfortable and clean. The drivers are smart, helpful and pleasant. The reliability is exceptional even when our flight arrival was several hours late on a busy Saturday Spring morning, they managed to pick us up from Heathrow. In terms of price, you definitely get what you pay for and in comparison with Hotel and airport parking prices, it's financially the better deal. We used them last month and are doing so again tomorrow. A big thankyou to Darryl and his team.

What a great service for my daughters prom , Darryl had great communication with booking the car for the occasion, the driver turnt up a bit early for photo opportunities with the car , the driver was friendly and well presented and the car was immaculate, definitely use distinguished carriages in the future

I have used Distinguished Carriages for many, highly successful chauffeur driven journeys over a period of years. Darryl and his Team have always provided a professional, reliable car service to suit my every need. They have a variety of vehicles to suit individual requirements, dependent upon number of people travelling and luggage space needs. The communication from the company is exemplary right from the booking stage to the day of travel and I have always been updated by individual drivers upon any potential delays caused by traffic conditions, cruise terminal changes or flight delays. My circumstances have recently changed due to a bereavement and Darryl was swift to organise a female driver and provided this option to me as a consideration to my newly widowed status as a lone female traveller. The actual journeys themselves are made very relaxing by the professionalism of the drivers concerned from baggage handling to the provision of chilled water. I have always found all employees very reliable and they are all confident, competent drivers. I always use Distinguished Carriages for my holiday travel requirements and include the luxury of a chauffeur service as part of my holiday expenditure now, as a matter of routine. I can not recommend them enough and would encourage everyone to try the service provided for themselves.

We have been using Distinguish Carriages for over 10 years. Their drivers are smart, safe and friendly and we have never had a problem. It is nice not to have to find the car and drive home after a long night flight. They saved us in March 2020 when we had to return early to a different to the arranged airport when our holiday was curtailed by the pandemic. We always try to book early.

I have used Distinguished Carriages monthly for over a year. The service is punctual, professional, dependable, but more importantly, flexible. As we know, travel often entails twists and turns. DC has been there for me whether I have provided the incorrect time, or the airline has delayed my flight by several hours. I am greeted with a smiling driver ready to go and always a clean car. I have had the pleasure of meeting several drivers and all offer the same level of professionalism and can-do attitude. When factoring reliability, DC is MUCH cheaper than trains because I know will get there on time ready to meet the next leg of my journey.
