Clothing was Good Quality/Easy Returns
Clothing was good quality! As a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure my size in this brand, so I ended up ordering a bunch of stuff that didn’t fit right. I got the phoenix dress in my size, after taking my measurements.
The dress was the perfect size, looked amazing, and arrived pretty quickly, too.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience. The shipment arrived fairly quickly. Better than some other places I've ordered from. The clothes were quality and were exactly what I wanted except for the fact they were too big. I am used to shopping online and I know that clothes that come from China run very small. In this case they ran large. So I initiated a return and that was very easy. I got smaller sizes and they fit perfectly. So I have to give the whole experience five stars both on quality of the clothing and the customer service.

Great clothing
The quality and fit of clothing at Disturbia is really great and I feel comfortable and satisfied with ordering online, even though buying clothes online can be so tricky. In my most recent order there was a stock error so one of my items was not available and was refunded. Disturbia was extremely prompt and apologetic in addressing this and the rest of my order shipped promptly. However on the site that item in my size showed as still in stock so they probably should fix that.

I love this shop and this company BUT
I love this shop and this company. Their collection is wonderful and great quality. I love every item. However one on my latest orders on the French Disturbia website has never arrived despite having paid and receiving confirmation that the order went through. I have been trying to email them ever since and I am still waiting for an answer. Never had that issue with the UK store but I can’t seem to find a way to contact the ones in France.
