Plus: great collection, down point: the customer has to pay for both the shipping and return shipping

First of all they've an amazing collection and a great and very friendly customer service!

But the second part is about the shipping costs and the return shipping costs. I returned my order, and I read that the return shipping costs were for me to pay. That already raised my eyebrows, because from what I know, Disturbia isn't a small business, if it was I could've understood. Today my return was processed, and I noticed that I also have to pay for the shipping! Like what! Because of the amount of my order it was worth it to return it, but I know paid €16 for shipping/return shipping! Imo ridiculous! I really like their collection, but I'm not sure if I'll order from them again.

Bitter sweet discovery

Bitter sweet discovery. A friend recommended this shop, it had no reviews on TrustPilot (dk), but I decided to try it.
OMG they have so many amazing things! Delivery was super fast, and excellent quality.
So happy to have found that they deliver to DK just fine, so sad to know where I will be spending so much of my money soon. <3
