We bought 3x Sofa Bed Kanaha by Ditre…

We bought 3x Sofa Bed Kanaha by Ditre Italia.
The metal crossbar at the base frame, which to support the weight of shoulder and chest (under the mattress), bent through after short period of time. The matter of fact, is that all 3 sofa beds has the same issue. with this constructional fault, it is impossible to have a relaxed sleep without back pain.

Positive is, the design is beautiful and the handling of unfolding the sofa to bed is incredible easy. But at the price level of this product, we should be allowed to expect higher quality.

Negative is, getting in contact with Ditre Italia for spare parts or repair solution turned into nothing.

Unfortunately, I was left on my own with this problem.
