Was not delivered by the last day of its estimate cheque was for a presentation so we didn't have one for the night. Kept looking on the tracker never moved and then an email saying if it doesn't arrive get in touch that filled me with confidence not to use them again

Hi, you select which epaulettes you want on the mug when you customise it. I can see you clicked on the link we sent you. It showed you a picture of what we intended to print (you could have changed any of the information you provided including which epaulettes are shown), you confirmed it as correct, we printed it (we will not print anything until the customer has confirmed the info/design is correct). please contact us at dittoprint.co.uk/contact to arrange a replacement.

Where did you send my order? Order cancellation and refund
Where did you send my order DIT24004025, and to which address? I asked you several times to double-check the delivery address, but received no response. Then, independently of my inquiries, you informed me that the order had not been completed. Taking this into account, I requested you to cancel the order and refund the payment. After that, the order disappeared from your system entirely, and I lost any way to contact you about it.
Your service does not allow communication if there is no order number. Now, I have received a message from you stating that the order has been shipped in an untracked manner. My friend paid for the order, and his address is listed in the payment information. You failed to verify and confirm my delivery address with me. You did not communicate with me or respond to any of my inquiries submitted through the order form while DIT24004025 was still available, nor did you respond to the SMS messages I sent.
Now that the order has been shipped without tracking, where will it be delivered? To Ukraine? I need it delivered to Germany. I cannot contact you directly because you have not provided such an option. You do not allow registration on your platform, which means I cannot view my shopping cart or order history. There is no way to change the delivery address, nor is it clear to whom or where the order is being shipped.
Therefore, I am writing here. I am outraged! Yesterday, I requested the cancellation of my order. I am repeating this request now. Your service is terrible!
Under these circumstances, I am forced to reject this order and request a refund.

Hi Karen, you keep leaving us 1 star reviews on various review platforms after we have already replied to you, so chill! deep breaths. As I have already mentioned... you ordered this yesterday and it was dispatched to the person and the address which you had entered when you purchased it.
As you know, we send our SMS messages from 'DITTOPRINT'. There was no way were going to receive your messages if you try and send a message to a sender that isn't a valid number (its no secret and most people are aware). Most phones will tell that the message could not be delivered, thats probably what that little red exclamation means on your phone next to the message.
Also if you reply to emails that state 'DO NOT REPLY' then you are probably not going to get a response either.
You can easily get in contact with us directly by clicking the 'contact us' link in all of our emails and on our website, that place you actually ordered it from.
The 'Contact Us' page will tell you the status of the order and all the relevant information such as the person we are sending it to and the delivery address, should you have forgotten. You can even cancel an order amongst other things such as logging a support request.
Its very good, you should give it a go, it really does help calm disproportionate 'outrage'.
I know its all a bit old fashioned what with the invention of the Internet and everything, but we also have a telephone, you cant miss our number on our website.
Anyways, as you already know, you order has been refunded.
You seem quite angry reading the reviews you leave for others. You know there is help out there?
