Wrong cheaper bracelet delivered
Wrong cheaper bracelet delivered, no special packaging that if paid for.
Refunded the £5 packaging but still don't have the actual bracelet I ordered and left with a cheaper one that I didn't even want. Fuming!

Warrenty is scam. They will always try to find customer fault with lame excuase. But all the staff are higly professional. Maybe management keep pressuring them to sell cheap watch and blame customer. I am not happy to pay high repair cost but great service. :)

The refund was processed after more than a week, and when I received it, I noticed that an amount had been deducted.
