This was the second time I had used Ditzy Doll. I was impressed with the selection of items available. It was easy to find what I wanted and the purchase and payment were simple to use.
As previously, my items arrived promptly and were well wrapped to protect the items. I was kept informed about delivery and so I knew when to expect the delivery.

Good but could have been better
The ordering and price were great and the postal time was within the time frame given. However, I had ordered 80 mini notebooks 10 plastic wrapped bundles of 8, put into a grey mailer bag which was much bigger than needed. After going through the postal service some of the bundles were a little worse for wear, as they had been thrown around inside the grey mailer bag.
