I ordered 6 perfumes and kept 2. They were a totally blind buy. The two perfumes I kept are amazing, they smell lovely, very closed to the original and long lasting. I ordered from another dupe company aswell and I have to say, Divain has more quality.
The ones I kept were 971 and 766. I will be ordering more for sure. 766 has become my daily fragance and 971 my evening/go out one. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dupe.

Almost one year later and they read my review and say they contacted me via email.. Where is said email so? I checked and checked spam!

The ECCI says its your responsibility to replace the products or a full refund!

Order no 62480 was delivered great but I didn't like it and requested a return. Ignored. They asked me for a review so outlined this, they said I'd to connect customer service. Fine, I'll do that. Had to chase them for a return label. Returned 3 weeks ago, still awaiting refund. Cowboys.

Have purchased several times from Divain. Always arrive quickly, great value and smell amazing.

31 days, the product never arrived and on all the occasions they blamed the delivery company. I ask them to send another or refund, same response to wait on the delivery company. Still not arrived.

Parcel went missing at customs apparently, this appears to be a common issue. Frustrating trying to get hold of someone. Getting emails in Spanish. Long story short, I got a refund after nearly 4 weeks.

I ordered once and had no issues and the perfume was very nice, almost as good as the original and for a fantastic price. However, I've ordered for a second time and the process is riddled with issues.

Nothing has arrived and I've been told I wasn't home but at the two-time stamps (one at 6:47 AM) I was home and I can see no delivery was attempted on our building's camera.

I got an email that was basically a text telling me I needed to arrange delivery. I've tried to contact the courier GLS but they're impossible to get hold of and don't even have the UK listed as a country they deliver to. Now, I'm being asked for more money.

I can see from the reviews that I must have been lucky last time as many others have the same issues. Avoid.

If I could give one star I would, similar experience to all the other one star reviews, if you don't want to lose £25 I would strongly advise you to avoid these scamsters!

I ordered perfume from Divain.com, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. My parcel left Spain with GLS, transitioned to Royal Mail, and after waiting 8 days, I was notified it had been returned. I contacted Divain and was assured the order was on its way again—impressive and prompt response initially—but the same thing happened: it was returned again. Product never arrived. 🤭

The website feels very dodgy and disappointing. After holding my money for over 20 days, they suddenly decided to proceed with a refund, which they claim will take 25 working days.

My advice? Stay away. This feels incredibly unprofessional and suspicious."

I ordered on the 11th of January. No updates on parcel whatsoever. Divain cannot tell me where it is either. Asked for a refund several times just to be ignored. Customer service is a joke. Same automated messages are sent.

Easy ordering, timely delivery. Perfume smells same as original. But DOESN'T LAST AT ALL. not even 30 minutes!! The bottle is expensive looking, packaging really impressive but doesn't last all it. A very big waste of my money as I paid for the perfume not bottle or packaging.

Wasn’t expecting much but it was so cheap I figured worth a gamble, I got two, both killian and have to say the black phantom/913 is exactly the same so I was very happy as I used to buy it but can’t afford the 250€ price anymore! The 2nd one was one I’d never used before so can’t compare but I’m very happy for the price, got them on the sale for 12.99€ each +p&p

Received in a week. Smells exactly like insolence. I love it. It takes me right back to memories of my mum I miss so much. Thank you so much 🙏

I will not bash the Divain perfume company as many people seem to love the perfume/cologne they get from there. Mine was a huge miss though. I got the Divain inspire by Kayali Musk|12, which is actually a discontinued scent. I still have a tad of the original Kayali left and wear it in special occasions and when I heard that Divain made an exact replica or dupe of it I just had to try it. I did research the company and found that most people are satisfied with their scents and that most of their dupes are identical to the names brand scents. I can say that pricing is amazing. Shipping speeds were fantastic. It is presented in a nice glass bottle with a real wooden cap on it. Which is nice compared to other off brand companies using lower quality materials. Right off the rip it felt promising due to the packaging alone. I was excited. I sprayed it and OMG at first it smelled identical and then after dry down all of these other notes began shining through. It’s got a very floral and citrus smell to it. I do not smell the musk or vanilla at all. I was hopeful but this is a huge miss for me. I was looking for that dupe of Kayali Musk|12 and this was not it. Upon the first impression and spray it was so much like it but once it has the dry down it misses in a big way. I do not do the florals, they are very strong and overpowering. Now, I know the Musk|12 has floral notes in it but they are not strong and they blend nicely to create a beautiful vanilla, musky, powdery scent. If you’re wanting an actual replica, a TRUE dupe of Kayali Musk|12 this is not it. Now, I have watched reviews where many people love their other dupes and claim they’re identical and so do not judge until you experience for yourself. For some people, they may love this version, but for me it’s a definite no go. It is a nice scent, it just isn’t for me.
As for stay power and longevity, it definitely has that. It is still on my clothes and skin. I will end up having to wash my shirt or layer this with something else to try and get the floral notes under control. It’s definitely a headache trigger for me.

I made shopping at the Divain on 15th December and still haven't received my parcel yet.
In the beginning, when I tracked it showed the parcel had arrived in the UK and Parcel Force would deliver it but in vain after waiting about 10 days. Now, whenever I track it again, it takes me to the GLS website. It says your parcel is on the way, and it has been the same message for the last two weeks.
I found it absolutely dodgy.

Just an FYI, every review you see by me is going to start THIS WAY - describing the packaging and then scent. The packaging is very important to me.

Packaging:
This scent - #613/Impression of JM Wild Bluebell – came in a textured white box. Yes, textured! The feel of it was nice and in no way cheap. The DIVAIN letters go up the side of the box and are slightly embossed and a little glossy. Very nice. When you open the box, the flaps on the side are connected to the top so there is a slight ‘butterfly spreading its wings’ effect. That’s the best way I can describe it. The bottle is sturdy, 100ml/3.4oz square shape. The cap is like a blonde wood (though I believe it is plastic but gives a good wood feel), and the letter ‘D’ is branded on the top. Fabulous. The front of the bottle just has a white sticker with DIVAIN, the scent number and the words ‘for her. HOWEVER, what I really thought was awesome is that the sticker wraps around to the bottom of the bottle and has ‘name’ imprinted and a space for you to write what scent it is supposed to be a dupe of!! That was the icing on the cake lol.

The Scent - #613 – JM Wild Bluebell Impression
My entire first order was for 8 scents. I was glad that none of them said anywhere what they were impressions of. I ordered things that I am extremely familiar with and where in daily rotation so that I would be able to tell how well they were duplicating it. As SOON as I sprayed it I knew EXACTLY what it was! I am not that versed to get into notes and things of that nature (though I am an avid learner) but I can tell you that it is strong (not to strong) as smells like it is supposed to. I have the original and I have a dupe by another company that was $10 more expensive and does not smell as accurate as this does. Great great job DIVAIN!!!
