This company are worse than Readers Digest. They don't seem to understand that "Don't send anymore" means I don't want their product anymore!
I tried a product at the beginning of the year, a one-off purchase. Divani sent two months worth. At the end of the month they emailed to tell me that they were sending more (I still haven't opened the first lot yet). I replied that I hadn't asked for anymore but it still came.
On March 21st (2026) they emailed to tell me that they had cancelled my subscription.

Don't get involved because you'll never get rid of them!
Today May 21st I have received an email telling me that they have got my order together and have now sent it to me. This surprises me because I have changed my credit card twice in the last month due to fraud!

Worst experience ever, I’ve paid for my products but I never received them. Made the order before Christmas. I’ve been emailing them about 20 times with no response, texting on Instagram with no response. This company is a scam!

Bought Lucca small sofa and chair and it is just what we wanted at a great price. Customer service super and the delivery was faultless with van arriving at our isolated rural house right on time and they took time to unwrap and fit legs for us, they were very nice.

First impressions mean everything and just spoke to the most useless, unfriendly person you could ever hope to meet. Given one is spending quite a bit of bob, one would need a bit of reassurance in the company. Dreadful women who ignited not one once of enthusiasm or help. She was probably just reading off a script. Jobs worth of note. From that will never use them and am looking to make a rather substantial purchase. Their loss.
