As a 1st time buyer with this company , they have excellent communication and i would happily buy again. I love their clothes, for their variety of styles and quality with affordability..

Clothes are very nice. Price is reasonable. Quick reply to customer. Follow up the order closely.

The ordering process was seemless. This is my first order so I haven’t received the product yet but so far so good.

This is a company that uses their site as a front for goods you can buy in China. I have searched for a number of their products on Aliexpress and found the exact same dress with exactly the same picture for a fraction of the cost. For example a dress on Diva Noche cost $41.97 including postage, I found the exact same dress with the exact same photos on Aliexpress.com for $8.61 including postage.
Please search on Aliexpress before you buy anything from this site.

In reply to Divanoche: I have found all of your dresses on aliexpress with EXACTLY the same photos so your products are not unique and it is definitely not a coincidence. You are ripping people off!

Bought their silk queen playsuit.

Like most Chinese online stores. Picture differs drastically from actual product. While I can fit into it, the cutting and colour differs from the picture. It does not look good at all.

Requested for full refund. The customer support was responsive with their standard blurb with either of these options
A. Full refund if you return product (bearing cost of delivery). Delivery MUST come with a tracking number.
B. 75% refund in STORE CREDIT if you do not want to return the product.

I chose A because I thought the return delivery cost would be cheaper for me since I am based in Asia and the shop is obviously from China with initial delivery address based in China. And also, given their poor reviews and poor personal experience, I have zero confidence that I can get any good clothing from this shop.

Based on other reviews, customers outside China seems to be asked to return product to a China address. However, shockingly, they told me to deliver to Spain. This would incur a much higher delivery cost for me.

I highly suspect that they deliberately ask customers to return to an address outside their continent so that people would choose option B and they can avoid giving full cash refund.

Being very familiar with cost of good in China, their prices are extremely inflated. So no matter which return option you choose, they do not incur any loss/cost. Even if you choose option B, the 75% loss in store credit per refund for them would be still profitable for them as each product cost is extremely cheap.

This company is obviously a scam. They probably make money off these exchanges and returns as part of their business model. Found another similar site - Adel Paris with similar clothing selection and webpage layout (similar poor review on Trust Pilot too). I strongly suspect they are the same company.

Avoid at all cost.

Just like everyone else below, I confirm that this online store is a complete joke. After waiting for over a month for 2 items - I received the wrong item and never received the 2nd one at all. They will keep sending you "tracking" information that is utterly useless and confirms that the package left China, but then has no further details.

Do not waste your time or money!

This online site is a complete scam. I am most disappointed with quality and service. There is zero integrity and professionalism. I bought so many from them by looking at the images they posted and to my dismay, material received were completely different so down right cheap not wearable.

This is by far my worst online experience. I wasted my money, time and effort. When I requested for refund, they gave excuses it’s past 14 days. This is unacceptable. Such company should just close their business and site completely. With such poor philosophy I don’t know how many more customers will be cheated. Please be discerning avoid buying from them.

Terrible Service!! I should have looked at this review before I ordered. I waited 3 months for the same product which I paid $150 and wasted my money. As the size large I recieved was tiny and doubt I was resent a large. Never order from this company. They are thieves!!!!!

Total scam, bought one dress to try out the webshop, and received an incredibly poor quality set of trousers instead. After a few weeks they informed me I could either send the product back or receive store credit, I just had to follow a link that obviously didn't work..

One of the worst shopping sites ever.
Very bad quality of the clothes, it took them almost 2 months to deliver the items.

As I promised I was going to keep all online shoppers updated about the progress with Diva Noche. Take my word and all the other reviewers opinions and recommendations about this company- DON’T buy anything, don’t waste your time and money with their items. They look awesome online but cannot stress how bad the quality and customer service is. So to update you all I recieved my $93 refund but it cost me $45 to post. They totally refused to compensate the postage and offered me a credit if $45 for my next purchase. Well Diva Noche, thanks but no thanks why would I want to make the same mistake twice! That’s is a cop out in customer service to try and sound helpful to credit me $45 on my next order. Your crappy clothing has cost you a lot more than it’s cost me $45 Loss as this review and my other reviews will be read by thousands.

Omg I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered my dress. Just a piece of advice to other people "Be aware". They make everything look nice on their website, but then you get a cheap replica. The delivery takes at least 2 weeks, of course they say "Oh but it's FREE", but don't stress the word "FREE" when you overcharge people for you clothes, you use cheap fabric anyways. The dress I ordered will go straight to the garbage. They don't make the return process easy. But I don't even care at this point. I'd rather give up my $50. I'll share my experience with my friends and family. I feel sorry for this "company" because they won't be able to make a successful business by trying to make cheap clothes and make it look nice on-line. There are a lot of other companies like Diva Noche, that are based in China. "Thanks to Facebook" after my order the other companies pop up on my screen, but after this unpleasant experience I'm going to block all of them

After leaving a review they did contact me & provide a refund so perhaps they are more genuine than I first recorded.

Only a shame the customer service was not this good in the first instance! But perhaps they have turned a leaf!

My order was still very late in arriving so I would proceed with caution or leave a long lead time. Perhaps I just had a bad experience!?

Worst website I ever encountered, just realised the supplier n website is frm China and the clothes quality is so bad, with the money I paid, totally not worth it. I bought 2 items n only received 1, contacted the customer service thru email, post in insta/ FB, no reply or feedback, hope can do something to get back my money but failed, angry!!!

This company needs to be shut down. The clothing is crap. My sequins dress was literally arts and crafts glitter that comes off while you wear it. One dress when washed bled all over the clothes. The others didn't fit. Shut these people down. By the way you can't review on their website

The answers they give in public are totally different what you receive to your email...totally bulls**t. Don believe these answers! They wont give your money back, no matter what!

I waited ages for my products, when they came the sizes were wrong and the quality poor... tried to return but is impossible. Their website won't recognise my order and there is no contact email or telephone number and they have blocked my messages through Facebook. They also remove all comments on Facebook. Great at promoting and selling products and taking money from people but that's as far as it goes. Zero customer service. Is this a scam and has anyone reported them to Facebook or Trading Standards?

Asked for a refund ad not fit for purpose as it is see through..was told i couod have a credit note once i pay for item to be returned. £38 for a see through piece of crap that is a total lie compared to website.

Awful experience, worst customer service and wrong sizing all across the board. I have to be refunded and responded to after waiting a month for 2 orders.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!
