The Customer Service was Excellent!

I really benefitted from the Extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable service offered in my telephone liaison with your Representative on the telephone today. I was having difficulty maneuvering your website and found the telephone staff to be terrific!

We have used Dive Assure as our dive…

We have used Dive Assure as our dive insurance provider for several years. For the first time this year we had to make a claim. The people at Dive Assure were very prompt in assisting us to deal with the issue. Resolution of the claim was handled quickly. We felt very fortunate to have dealt with Dive Assure and will certainly continue to do so for our future dive trips.

So far so good!

For the first time ever, I am submitting a claim on an insurance policy. Not sure yet how it will turn out, but the initial experience with the DiveAssure rep has been great. Cheyenne has been super responsive and helpful.

No certificate & incorrect information

Can't make adjustments to incorrect information previously provided using software, noting birthdate is incorrect last year recorded as 10 Nov 1958, now 9 Nov 1958? Actual DoB is 11 Oct 1958, I set up using English calendar when software uses US.
Also unable to download certificate all I have is a whirring circle for past 20 minutes. No certificate emailed

Great service

Great service! My liveaboard trip was ruined because of weather conditions, Diveassure came in and processed my case very quickly and efficient. I will definitely use it again on my next trip.
