Reliable and in time

Although my previous experience was not good, I gave Diveinn another chance and I am totally satisfied. Three different items (that increases the possibility of delays and stock shortages), were sent on the same day as ordered, arrived in time without delay.
Furthermore, I made a mistake and double purchased the same items, but they understood the mistake and returned the amount of money, keeping only what they cost.

Ordering to Switzerland

When ordering to Switzerland, you will have to pay import tax. In my case, I had to pay twice because the shipment was divided into two boxes.

The website states that no tax is applicable, although this is not the truth.

Good delivery time. Items correct

Scuba items delivered in a reasonable time. Items correct. I have used items previously so expected them to fit. Will use again. PS Check out the great model fish/whales etc ...have used to make up the delivery fee sometimes.

I ordered a mares strobe light due to a…

ORDERNUMBER 49944624 MARES EOS Strobe torch BOUGHT 02/07/2024.
So the torch is not one year old ,so nearly new everything works from strobe to battery unfortunately the contact spring is broken, therefore there is no contact and it doesn't work anymore.
I cannot order spare parts because it doesn't exist.
so I asked for replacement or payback.

Order delivery two times delayed

Order delivery two times delayed. Ordered 2 weeks before trip and still got my order delivered too late. So I didn't get to use my new gear on holiday as planned. I actually cancelled one product from my order because that was the one delaying the entire order. I asked them to refund the shipping costs (4€) because I had to reorder the product I cancelled. They gave me a 5% discount (which amounts to less than 1€) instead but I can't use it as the product I want to order is already discounted. Negative experience with these guys.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. Company clearly does not stock items listed, and their order status is a lie. Claiming it's in transit, then saying it's unavailable. They should not be taking payment if they are unable to fulfil the order.

I expect more accuracy and better…

I expect more accuracy and better service from a professional company.
I recently ordered a wetsuit from your website, carefully using the size guide provided. I measured myself according to your instructions and chose the recommended size. However, when the wetsuit arrived, it was far too small-clearly, your size guide does not match reality.

Now, I have to return the wetsuit at my own expense and pay for shipping again to order a new one in a larger size. This experience is both frustrating and costly for the customer. I expect more accuracy and better service from a professional company.

It is frankly unreasonable to ask me to confirm that this issue is your fault when your return system only allows me to select "wrong size ordered" as the reason. By doing so, you are effectively placing the blame on the customer—even when the mistake is yours.

I followed your size chart precisely. I measured myself according to the guidelines you published for the product in question and ordered based on that information. I did what is expected of me as a customer.

Yet, the product does not fit—I couldn’t even zip up the wetsuit. That is not a result of my mistake. That is a failure on your part to provide accurate sizing guidance. Forcing me to accept responsibility through your return process is not only misleading, but also poor customer treatment.

Old product and always delayed orders

The last order where expected to arrive in tre days, but that where never true. First some of the product, needed to be "transported" to diveinn.com so the delivery date changed.. now it's 7 days and the goods are not even shipped, and they lost one item again.

Also a lot of their discounted products are simply not useble. Got two wetsuits, that where damaged in storrage, a dive watch with dead batteries and the strap, where cracked several places on delivery. If you can't find the product another place, expect a long delay and a low quality of your product.

Good choice, reasonable prices, misleading delivery dates

I like the selection and pricing of DiveInn. However, their website is misleading when it comes to how long the delivery takes. They keep promising something before you buy only to change it once you make the purchase.

BAD experience - delivery

If you give an estimation delivery range, be honest about it, or at least add details. It was important for me to receive the package on time, I bought the product taking into account the delivery date, which won't be respected. This is not good, I won't buy here again.

Dont order from here unless you are…

Dont order from here unless you are comfortable knowing that your package might be months late. They lie about the deliver times and send you fake tracking updates for no reason. I have already been told twice that my package has arrived and called the courier only to be told that my items are not even in the country. What is the point of advertising fake shipping times and products that you dont even have in stock. Horrible people and even worse customer service.

Update: They have told me to request a refund if my items are damaged or defective. Hilarious as I did not even receive the items. such an obvious automated response and the customer service is disgusting I called them and I spoke very quietly and politely to them, before I could even tell them to issue they said 'package? we dont have your package' and hung up. This website is disgusting. I hope I get my money back but at this point I have such low expectations of these people.

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to claim some issues related to the order you received. (for example, the item is missing from the order, missing customization, the product does correspond to the image etc.)
