My order went into the ether after they…

My order went into the ether after they confirmed the order had been received. Having tried several times to make contact! After 3 weeks of trying they woke up and said it was in stock and no reason given why it hadn’t been sent!! Order acknowledged 3/11/22 received 28/11/22

We received no communication from you whatsoever according to our records until a chat transcript on the 24th, where I spoke to you and told you I would get one out to you ASAP and acknowledged I didn't know why there had been a delay on your order (or if it had been sent and just not delivered).

I got your order out and put a free thsirt in which you later thanked me for in the chat "It’s arrived…. and thanks for the tee shirt it fits a treat"

I appreciate 'we' messed this up, and that your order was delayed, unfortunately, mistakes happen, and the team here is only human.

I'm obviously not expecting a 5 star review, but I do feel a 1 star is not quite deserved

Item got delivered,

I like that the item I ordered arrived. Unfortunately it took almost a year to be delivered. Id forgotten all about it and had ordered from a different supplier by the time it arrived at a house and country I no longer live in.

If I remember correctly, they did email me to say it would be late.

Appalling customer service

Waited months on item arriving as out of stock only for them to be sent while I was on holiday. I dont always check emails so missed the update from DiveLife. No notification from post office and eventually item returned to store. No issues so far. Then received a phone call from one of the most abrupt, patronising people I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Some American guy who clearly had an attitude and complete lack of customer service experience. Never again! Absolutely appalling! Avoid this place like the plague

Product never arrived. Said it was sent to Royal Mail, and didn’t get back to me when I asked for a refund. Would not recommend.

Super!

The service I received was super. There was quite a bit of paperwork involved as it was an export order and for a relatively small amount, but they offered me support all the way through as if I was a big wholesale order. I ordered at lunchtime and had all my bits delivered the next day. Much appreciated and will use them again.

"in stock" means nothing

The product ordered was shown as "in stock", but had not been dispatched after 3 weeks. Multiple calls later I was told their supplier hadn't shipped it to me! Refund was issued promptly, but terrible performance for an online seller where reputation is everything

Bad/No customer support

At first I tried too reach out asking status of my order without any response. A month later I recieved my gears but found out when I opened my package that they had swapp out one item to a cheaper brand and model without asking me first. Not even close to the same tool.
Again I tried to reach them to correct my order, but again no response...
