Communication was not great
They didn't ship the product within 3 days as listed. They didn't answer my e-mail when I wrote after the 3 days.
I wrote to cancel the order after 10 days. Got a message it had shipped, then a message it was cancelled. Called them up and learned they had only just prepared it for shipping and then cancelled it.
Put in the order again. Had product after 2 weeks.
Not horrendous, but also not great.
The product was not even sold at a particularly low price.
Good old fashioned customer service, as it should be!
The exact product I needed wasn’t in stock so I got a phone call within the hour to see if I wanted what was in stock instead. That sort of thing doesn’t happen it seems these days so I’m really happy with the service.
Delivery was fast so really happy.
If you don't mind waiting, don't believe the shipping dates or avaliability
I placed an order for goods that said they were available and ready to ship on 2-3 days on the site, but I've had no communication from Dive Life. Only when I chased after two weeks was, I told they ship out that week. A month later, I'm still pursuing and waiting to receive the goods.
Edit based on reply "item should be in stock with the UK distributor, which it was not." Then change what it says on your website your website still says "Availability: Available, ships in 2-3 days" at this time of writing reply. Also I notice you reply to my Trustpilot review but you not replied to either of my emails in the last week, very bad communication.

Always had a good experience at Divelife, always willing to do that little bit extra for you, which for me, is important. I can’t rate these guys highly enough.

No update on why purchased product has still not arrived despite it being on the shelf on the day of purchase and a verbal update to say it will be dispatched
The above review was based upon the information I had at the time of writing. I was considering having to cancel my trip as the mask I had ordered had not arrived and I needed it for safety of the dive.
I was contacted by the company who previously told me they were unable to help had found a replacement and shipped the mast on express post
The mask arrived just before I was to leave and was able to go
The company once they realised there was an issue eventually acted swiftly. Although the mask is a different colour than ordered it still preformed well
Before leaving I did phone the company to thank them for sending me the mask and rectifying the issue
The original order still has not arrived and I have heard nothing from the courier company

Ordered a din flow restricter
Ordered a din flow restricter, was assured it would arrive in time for me to leave the country 2 weeks later, day before i left i phoned to inquire where it was to be told i would take another 6 weeks. no phone call to advise me of this so i could have ordered it from somewhere else.
Must sort out delivery problems
The torch looks good and the price was Ok but it took so long to received it I was away diving when it was delivered so I couldn't use it this year
