Contacted after a bad plumbing experience. Government endorsed, other blurb etc etc...? -forget it. As expected, (who isn't an optimist though), they simply repeated the company's position back to you, totally ignoring my very clear explanation of why I wasn't happy with the bad work combined with rip off charges from a company called 1stCall24/7 who sent a young lad who really shouldn't have been out alone (a leak, bent pipe, taking nearly double the time, not knowing where to lay piping, left an important switch in the wrong position, tried to add half an hour on paper to the job), with a boss with a keen eye on the next expensive 'fault' which was not his employee making a mistake. Trustmark... A waste of time.
