Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Initially replied to my complaint about fidget advent calendars and been ignored since. I was happy to contact the manufacturer directly too, as appreciate thats where the issue lies, but now sadly my issue is here too now due to lack of support. Very disappointed as I like to support small businesses.

Never used before and won’t be back
Never used before. Ordered 2 advent calendars in august. Wasn’t told pre ordered. Told get posted. After couple weeks chased up to be told October. Nothing then chased up again told November. Then message to say 19th November. Nothing. Told by 30th. Posted out 27th 1st class yet still not received. Appalling. Money spent and no advent calendars for tomorrow for my children!!! Who are autistic so I have to sort out elsewhere as it will be ww3. 1st and last time using.
Company and who they hire is a bad service, lack of communication and correct information.

Given you a full refund and you got to keep the items. Unfortunately courier delays are out with my control. Over 100 advent calendars were sent and only yours wasn't recieved in time.
