What a gym!! Great people!
Signed up on line, received an email saying I would be contacted within 48hrs ro arrange my consultation. It could not have been more than 2hrs and I was contacted by the manager, John, who couldn't have been more helpful. I got booked in for my consultation the next day with Pip and had a full training plan set up to get me started on my plan to be a better version of me.
All of this within 24hrs, that was 10 days ago! I've been 8 out of the 10 days at different times, I've met all the PTs and joined in with one boxing class (that was something else). I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me feel like I can achieve anything!!
