I had a specific issue with DiviJet auto translate and the whole team worked hard to get it solved. This efforts and the way the DiviJet team interacted with me, gave me so much confidence that I decided to purchase the unlimited life time license as the plugin itself is a great help and saves a ton of time.
I cannot confirm the bad reviews as my experience with DiviJet is exclusively positive. It´s all about patience and willingness to wait until things get fixed. There are no magic buttons you can click in order to solve a problem ;-) Additionally I like the approach that individual fixes are always part of a main release which keeps the sustainability of the implementation.

I purchased the plugin and it did not work correctly. I asked for a refund that was supposedly granted, but of course, no payment from them and no more response after several attempt to contact them.

Very deceiving, do not purchase.

Divi auto translate pessimo plugin, ha diversi bachi, l'assistenza ha cercato di risolvere alcuni problemi e oltre ad aver cancellato tutte le traduzioni, non è riuscita a risolverli.

Divi auto translate bad plugin, it has several bugs, the assistance has tried to solve some problems and in addition to having deleted all the translations, has not been able to solve them.

I should have read trustpilot before. I bought the translation plugin and in a later divi release the plugin broke. no support and no updates to the product.

11 Days ago put in a support ticket. Then another 5 days ago. Only a canned response. DO NOT BUY. No refund either.

Great plugins and great support. I use the plugin on many websites and works great every time!

Non existent customer service!

I found a few bugs with the plugin and wrote in with details, they claimed to fix it and sent me an 'update' which didn't do anything. They then took a month to reply to my email.

I've since asked for a refund as per their money back guarantee and no surprises I still haven't heard back. I have sent countless emails to them and no responses. They just take your money and don't even bother to fix issues or even reply to requests. Purchase at your own risk just don't expect any support or even a functioning plugin.
