The representative of the company was very nice, he explained things very well, and although the work cost more than we were expecting, he explained the value. The workman arrived, completed the work, and were gone in less than 3 hours, including cleanup

Employees are not knowledgeable about business practices. I called to pay off loan amount and was told balance could be paid in full online. What a mistake, I ended getting a phone call for additional charges. The company is deceitful and not transparent. My neighbors also experienced the same issue. I would advise you to be cautious when dealing with this company or look for other options.

We have been with dividend for two n half years with no issues until the last 4 months we send in a payment and they keep sending it back as a credit to our bank and then send us a late notice.just called as it happened again and told there account shows payment not sent back and have to wait 2 business days for someone to look into it this is unacceptable!

Overall satisfied! Had a very minor problem but resolved in a timely and pleasant manner.

The whole process was very easy. We had some questions that were addressed the same day. Very happy with the immediate response.

Good Company with Easy Financing at a Fair Rate.

Dividend made my dream a reality by offering me a low interest rate loan to finance solar project. The process was quick and easy. I’m plan on working with them for my future projects.

Horrible website and interest deferment program, shows interest accrued which would be fine but when you make your payment, it shows your paying interest during the deferment as well as customer service will tell you the interest is deferred and it won't effect paying it off early. However their statements show a complete 180 from what they say on the phone. I will be contacting the BBB as I am paying them off ASAP.

Update: UNREAL not only did the company reach out to me to run around dodging the question, but referred me to the documentation I signed. Yes I signed the document that said no interest if paid off within one year. HOWEVER look at this break down of a minimum payment, if you saw this would you believe this company saying really saying no interest for 12 months as stated in the document I signed!!?
