My account was deactivated
My account was deactivated, and they don't respond to my email inquiry asking why.
Awful customer service
Email twice to them as they had blocked access to my account. Not in any sort of dispute with them. No response and pretty awful company. Would not trust a company acting like this.
Good but depends what you want it for.
It's very good at what it does but it's not very good if you have a mixed portfolio including unit trusts and bonds. Also there is no import or export of data mechanism. But if you just want to focus of equity dividends then it's rather good.
There is no way to call this company
There is no way to call this company, and they do not respond to the contact form submissions. They are responsible for executing dividends for a stock I own. The frustration is unimaginable.
Really useful & saves time for portfolio management
I’m amazed at the complaints on here! For goodness sake if you are investing in shares who on earth just takes the word of one website? Blows my mind how naive people are - of course use it as a guide but there are places to double check not least from the research you do on the co website!
So I used to belong and made the mistake of deactivating my account when I stopped that subscription - everything lost and I did miss the income diary - the forecasts are what they are - the clue is in the name they are forecasts - treat them as guesses, good guesses but guesses nonetheless.
£179 for a whole year of good guesses on top of a share portfolio…I think that is pretty good value on top of Stockopedia or Sharescope fills in the holes in what they provide - this pays for itself as they do.
Have rejoined and resubscribed, having deactivated I had to rebuild my portfolio - I did ask if there was an alternative to re activate but a bit annoyingly didn’t get a reply to that under a different email but I can get over it - a small blip in an otherwise pretty good facility. Yes you can do it yourself but really, life is short this saves a lot of time.
Exdate incorrect! AVOID AS IT COULD COST YOU BIG
Exdate incorrect!
BIRG exdate is shown as 30.04.25. It was actually 1.05.25. I sold shares on what I was seeing on dividendmax table as the exdate so I lost out on the dividend and took a hit on my share sale aswell. Will not be using DIVIDENDMAX again. I will inform others on brokers Not to use dividendmax.

A Good Tool for Finding Undervalued Stocks
I found some great stocks that I would've missed if not for the optimizer on DividendMax. I think I'll come back every other month. If it was a bit cheaper, I'd go for the annual subscription.

Online free info ISA user
As a recently new investor in UK shares and investment trusts I have used DivMax frequently when researching investments. It's online information is second to none. For example the free dividend calender reminder service is very handy. Also found their historic dividend data very useful and accurate. Research is important for retail investors too. I highly recommend them.
Very useful tool for budgeting
Very useful tool for budgeting. I tried paper and calenders. I even attemped a spread sheet. But this tool is fantastic.
Weekly updates are just what l need
Good to buy for a month or two
Good to buy for a month or two in the year, but generally overpriced.
Great at free level - cumbersome and too approximate for me on forecasts and holdings due to stock quantity rounding to integers
Hi , I found the free functionality impressive, but in wanting to use Holdings under Generate I hit problems. I think these features could be developed further. I have logged the issues with you but had no reply as yet. I recall, not being able to support decimal portions of shares (only an issue for hight value but I had some), very frustrating search for stocks and ETFs with codes found on Trading View and AJ Bell not found. Unable to edit date of acquisition which messed up the income generator for the current year. I believe the product has great prospects and wish you all the best but these particular aspects (control of portfolio) are crucial to me. ps I think maybe in searching countries for stocks you can currently select Global or a specific Country whereas it would be logical to have individual country, or filter a selection of countries or select all and untick ones you don't want.
