I placed an order online and paid extra…

I placed an order online and paid extra for insurance and 2 day express delivery. The tracking information showed that my item should have been delivered on Sunday, but I still haven’t received it.

I’ve sent more than one email to their support team and haven’t received a single response. There’s no easy way to contact them, which is extremely frustrating.

Paying for express delivery and insurance clearly doesn’t mean anything if the company doesn’t communicate or provide proper customer service.

Save yourself the headache and think twice before placing an order.
