EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - FRAUDULENT CONDUCT AND GHOSTING
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) at Divinelane.co. I have paid a substantial amount of ₹13,000, but the company is neither giving credit note for cancelled order nor returning my money.
Despite being promised a smooth process, I have been treated poorly by a person claiming to be a Senior Manager and another representative named Tejasvi Jain. Tejasvi initially promised that everything would be handled professionally and agreed to issue a credit note for an order I no longer wish to pursue. However, as soon as the commitment was made, both individuals stopped taking my calls.
It is highly unprofessional for a brand to take a customer's hard-earned money and then go completely silent. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but my calls are being intentionally ignored.
Pros: None.
Cons: Unprofessional staff, zero accountability, and total lack of communication after taking payment.
Beware of this site and their representatives (Tejasvi Jain and the "Sr. Manager"). Save your money and go elsewhere.
