I received my parcel from Devine Luxury, the item came as described, and it was well packaged. I did have a slight issue with the postage, this was resolved when the owner of the company called me to ask how my item was. This was a first for me and I thought it was very polite, Zik was very friendly and when I explained my issue he offered his apologies and then further offered to refund the postage. A very good company that I will be using again. Thank you

Purchased some Louboutin flip flops from the Divine Luxury Hub… gorgeous as they were I unfortunately had to send them back as were a bit to big for me… Charlotte was very helpful, quick to respond to my emails, amazing customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

We had not heard of them before, but when we had questions about stock availability Zik was so incredibly helpful and professional throughout, nothing felt like too much bother. I ordered a whole new outfit. The items were swiftly delivered and of excellent quality. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a top for 770 and the order was cancelled. No reason provided. The top was still showing in stock to purchase so I repurchased with next day delivery foot 779. This order was also cancelled. I contacted there customer service team who said there was a manufacturing fault and cannot post the item they seemed apologetic and a reassured refund was issued. I had to chase up both refunds. It’s been 1 whole month and there has been no refund. The customer service team Charlotte and Rachel chat absolutely crap no idea what they’re taking about. Simple lies. Best believe I’ve told everyone to avoid purchasing form you. Also it appears he review before mine. There was also a damage lol. Ingenious

i have deposited 640GBP to purchase the bag, in 2 days they called me and said that bag was damaged so i asked for the refund, even though they told me that refund takes 3-5 days (in case of complications 10days) it has been 3 weeks and i still did not get my money back. i am trying to keep tracking my refund, they stopped answering me on whatsapp even on my phone calls. terrible service

Epic customer service! I've placed an order for my son just before Christmas, unfortunately one of the sweatshirts he wanted was out of stock. Zik went above and beyond to sort the issue. He offered me a different sweatshirt similar to the colour and with the same price, I didn't have to pay the extra as it was quite more expensive.
Arrived in no time, packed in the original box, genuine item. Zik was very patient, friendly and absolutely keen to satisfy my son and make him happy.
It was my first time dealing with them which was a pleasure and won't be the last time!
Very trustworthy company, I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
