Super unhelpful, paid them $638 in 60 days received absolutely NO help , you cannot get anyone on the phone from custom service, it’s all electronic and potentially bots. They refused to refund me $638 paid in 60 days despite services NOT used. Why would anyone sign a divorce subscription? It’s a money grab, lots of error messages when you attempt to use documents and as soon as you sign in they let you know there is a delay on services because they’re backed up.
Do NOT recommend. That much money, should have access to a human and a refund in this economy, go elsewhere.
You’re absolutely NOT guaranteed your money back if you’re unhappy with services , that is a complete lie, please see verbiage below that politely included that “ generally none refundable.”
Upon review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund at this time.
According to our DivorceProfile money-back policy, our services are generally non-refundable.

I am going to give it a two for now. The process is still ongoing. I too did not know that the fee was going to be ongoing at this point. They have kicked back paperwork for mistakes twice. I would’ve thought they would’ve caught the second mistakes the first time. In any case I’m starting to read more reviews that don’t sound so good. I’ll give them one more chance to give me a finished product.

Avoid at all costs - slimy billing practices
Useless service that just takes the paperwork publicly available and has you fill it out. There's very little this actually does other then breaks it down into obvious steps. They also pitch the fees as "$69" and then you don't realise it's a monthly subscription unless you read the email. And, somehow, it turns out to be $99.

It was a smooth experience but just beware that after the initial $69 fee, they'll try to offer you some options so just be careful not to overpay. The idea is to SAVE money but just thoroughly weigh these options since any site like this may want to upsell you.
