Excellent service from the whole team, was able to find a wedding band really quickly. The styles they had on offer were beautiful.

Lovely variety available. We searched two cities and over 30 jewellers to arrive at Divour who had a beautiful marquise engagement ring with petal shoulders.
The price was very reasonable and the after service has been worthy of leaving a review.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re bored of seeing all the same ring styles in every shop!

This is my second purchase from this company. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. My ring was custom made to my specifications. On arrival I had ordered the wrong size, slightly too big. One message on WhatsApp and it was resolved. I sent the ring back. It was resized and back with me within the week. Brilliant service and price compared to the high street. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

My father gifted me a beautiful pair of diamond studs that were bought from Divour after dilly dallying about the size and weight. Thank you so much to Divour for patiently responding to queries til we settled on them. I’ll definitely come back whenever I want to treat myself to any diamond jewellery.

The customer service was faultless, the advice and guidance was genuine and I didn’t feel pressured in any way at all to make any decisions on the design. I was absolutely delighted with the ring when it returned from the workshop, we had to have it re-sized but that was also an easy and hassle free process. Would highly recommend!

Very poor experience with this seller. First promised delivery in 3 weeks, but then delayed it to over 5 weeks without any communication or response. Eventually, they cancelled the order claiming eBay had cancelled it, only to then ask me to purchase from them privately. I refused and re-ordered through eBay, but they made me wait another week before cancelling again, once more pushing for a private sale. This feels very dodgy and appears to be an attempt to avoid eBay’s authentication process.

I eventually gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to buy privately. I enquired about authentication certificate. However, several lies were told throughout the process. I was even threatened that if I wanted the item, I had to remove my feedback on eBay. They rarely respond—you have to call and send constant messages just to get a reply. They are avoiding authentication which says its not authentication. Overall, very bad customer service.

I will also be reporting them to eBay/NAJ/RJC and Trading Standards.

I bought a lovely tennis bracelet from Divour today . Askhit made the process of choosing the right bracelet for me very easy with his knowledge of all the fabulous bracelets they had to offer.
