This company is terrible I ordered on July 2024 it I'd now sept.2024 I should have checked into this company. I have been refused a refund and still have not received my purchase. Please do not order from them if you see it on Facebook!!!!it's a scam

They use the SHOP platform = PROBLEM

They use a shopping platform called SHOP. Somehow this platform had my info although I can't remember I time I actually used their service but it filled in the address field with an old address in another state? So I deleted the old address and put in my current address.. I hit submit and it auto-populated the address AGAIN and sent my stuff to Texas (I live in California) So I called Dixxon as soon as they opened, I called 50 times no joke.. I just kept hitting redial. I did this because I was told in the past you have to keep trying to get a hold of anyone, no answer. It turns out the fastest way to get a response is by using email. When they called me I was told that the order I had just placed was already processed and packed and ready for shipping? and that it was to late for me to correct the address and that they were aware of the problem and that customers in the past had done intercepts through the USPS to have it sent to the correct address but that they hadn't picked up the item yet so there was no tracking number with them so I would have to wait? When it did finally ship I found out it was ineligible for intercept, I emailed them and was told that that's just the way it is and I would have to wait and file a claim.. BUT I had made a previous order with them and we had the same problem and had to correct it then (SHOP keeps reverting back to the old address) But it was corrected.. This time no, they wouldn't fix it on a $400 dollar order? I explained it to my bank and had them reverse the charges and put a stop payment on them so they cant charge me in the future.. So if you make an order from them and their is a PROBLEM they do not have anything in place to deal with problems and I don't feel like waiting for the delivery time plus waiting the 10 days before I can file a claim and then that being processed and then ordering again and shipping etc.. It's too much of a pain in the ass to deal with all of that and them and if I cant trust them to fix a problem with an order especially when I contact them immediately same day.. NO THANK YOU.
Get rid of the SHOP platform and OSM as your shipping company and listen to your customers and offer solutions as I am not the only person who has had this problem. mistakes are made and their needs to be a path to solving them.. Hold back a day on orders or make customers manually enter their address on every order. The real problem seems to be with SHOP and its your fault for using them.. How many times do I have to delete my old no longer lived at adress to get your system to awknowlidge that I have a new adress? am I expected to have a degree in computer science and figure out why your platform keeps doing this.. DIXXON stop putting the problem back on your customers and handle it yourself and have some one get off their ass and go look for an order THAT HASNT EVEN SHIPPED YET and fix the PROBLEM. THIS IS INFURIATING..

Item not received

No item received. Was sent to wrong address. FEDEX inform me the tracking number given to me by WD belongs to another person. I contact WD and Nick told they going to investigate. Number provided to call belongs to a call center who just forwarded the call info. I try Sezzle to help. No success. Appears I have to
swallow my loss. Sad for then. Looks like they are not reliable or honest. Just for money. No respect for the customers. Order 141696.

DO NOT BUY FROM WALTER DIXXON!!!!! I am reporting theft to my bank. This is how they work. You place an order and pay. Wait forever. Then it shockingly gets "delivered" to the wrong address in a completely different city. You email them to alert them on what happened and they promise to send you a new order of your items. They proceed to ask for your shipping address as if you gave them the wrong one to begin with which you didn't because you're not a moron. Wait forever again. Receive an email stating it was delivered again TO THE WRONG ADDRESS in a completely different city. These people are thieves! Complete scam artists. Disgusting wastes of oxygen!

I just found a phone number to call them at 1-800-410-7437. However, if you do call they hang up on you.

Shocking

Placed my order july 1st, kept checking the tracking, took ages to get to a stage for it be ready for delivery. Then marked as delivered exactly one month from day of order. I have not received goods, there is no proof of delivery, other than their website saying it has been delivered.
Asked me yo check with neighbours, neighbouring streets, post office.
Then offered a 20% refund. Which I rejected, they offered 40%, which again I rejected, then offered 50%, I finally gave in an agreed to 80%. Which I apparently will receive in 7-15 days.
I'm not holding my breath.

Fake purchase. The delivery is tracked as being a week ago. Never happened, lesson learned don't buy from Dixxon.com

Dixxon makes cool shirts, but bad business practices

Dixxon makes cool shirts. But they have lousy business practices. Recently they advertised a shirt for 39.99. I ordered & they took my money. A week later I get an email stating that the shirt I ordered was poor quality, im not getting it, and offered a credit. Not a refund but a credit. Then a week goes by and I see that same design offered at $49.99. Ok. So someone in advertising listed the original shirt low and the customer suffers. This is horrible for a company to do. I am no longer a fan of this company.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.
Don’t buy from them. Once they have your money they could give a rats 🐀 azz if you received your shipment.
I paid for Insurance on my order. The order said it was delivered. It was not. When I called Dixon they told me I need to call the shipper.
I’m the customer and now I’m asked to do the investigation Dixon should be doing. The “My problem now” attitude don’t wash with me and my hard earned money.
I work for a WELL known motorcycle company and will be spreading the word on how Dixon conducts it’s business!!!

Purchased a Bushranger Flannel from…

Purchased a Bushranger Flannel from local Harley dealer and was impressed by it. So, I looked at the website and bought a few items. reading some reviews had me a little worried. But my order arrived in four business days - that's overseas shipping to Australia. Crazy fast, almost couldn't believe it turning up that fast. Very happy with items - two shirts and a jacket.
100% will buy more items and definitely will buy from again.

OSM shipping company is terrible

OSM shipping company is terrible. I just got off the phone with Dixxon. The the woman I spoke with wouldn't transfer me to the logistics department. That's how we always do it. Just ship it USPS. Then they force that insurance on you. This is my last order. F... them. Thank you.

dixxon is no longer the king of flannels

quality has been seriously slipping the last few orders.
shipping is TERRIBLE. even if you pay for expedited shipping, the order won't go out for at least a week, and I've had it take almost a damn month to even leave their facility.
the shipping company they use is truly the worst provider to ever exist. you may or may not see what you paid for. orders have a bad habit of just vanishing into thin air on the way to your door.
i'm pretty much done with dixxon now. 👎

Shipping and changing addresses is horrible.

The flannels are top notch and fit well. I love the punk bands that support their own flannels.

Now for the bad news. IF you are ordering from their website make sure to put every proper information in before submitting your payment. My computer accidentally auto filled my former address and instead of Dixxon calling the warehouse to change the address they sent me a link to USPS to intercept the flannel but when I tried, it says it isn't allowed, plus the USPS charges you $17.50 to intercept.

Luckily I know the people I sold my house to so they agreed to call me when they arrived.

When I called Dixxon, they said they couldn't change my address due to "lightning fast shipping." Ironic really because it took 3 days to ship it out. They really need to work with the customers more and get rid of that "can't do it" attitude.

Do yourself a favor and buy them or order them from a Harley Davidson store.

It has been a month since I placed my…

It has been a month since I placed my order, and it appears it is coming from China, which I still haven’t received. 1 month! They had a sale, and I jumped in. The company appears to be very American, which I like, and I do understand that sometimes you have to have things made overseas to make things more cost effective. But ONE MONTH and I still haven’t received my order. It was released from customs 10 days ago. I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I knew that this was going to be drop shipped from China. I really wanted to support this company, and disappointed by this situation.

Return shipping is a scam

I have purchased several items for the past couple of years from this company until now.
I bought a pair of shorts but were not the material I
hoped for. I spent $7 on shipping + $1.50 on their "Dixxon Package Protection by Corso" which you are not given an option to decline. I contacted Dixxon to initiate a return and now I'm hit with a $10 return shipping. I reached out to them to get an address and send it via USPS which would cost probable no more than $3 but they are refusing.
In total - I am out $18.50 and very dissatisfied. Needless to say I will no longer be purchasing from this store.

Very poor quality

The quality of the shirts has gotten so bad. loose seems, threads sticking out all over. The sizes are incorrect and inconsistent. I would not waste anymore money on this garbage until quality control is actually under control. Save your money and go direct to Ali express for all the cheap chinese garbage. Don’t waste your money on these “American” products!!!!!

Awesome customer service

I recently purchased a shirt which had a small sewing mistake on the cuff, I sent off an email regarding the mistake and recieved an email asking for photos which i sent which was acknowleged immediately. The next day I recieved another email stating they were sending out a new one and could keep the old one. Very impressed with their products and customer service was second to none.
