The item was not delivered I was at home all day I received an email saying it was successfully delivered but it was not I tried to contact yodel but cannot as it says my email address is not correct which is wrong as it is correct. On the invoice. Not happy at all either send the item or refund the money!

Broken bulb - Good customer service
Ordered a bulb which was delivered broken, I contacted customer service who worked with me and provided a full refund.
Disappointed on the quality of the received item but excellent customer service.

delivery . I queried this and messaged and I still have not received a reply . Yodel made matters worse and left the item on the drive . I was home at the time. They did not knock , ring on the door bell or leave a card .

I have checked why you never received a reply from us as we tent to reply to all our customers within 24 hours. It seems when the contact form was filled out an incorrect email was given of @gmailj.com. As far of the yodel delivery I can only apologies as this is not what we expect from our delivery partners.
