I ordered a pnp ecu for my is200 and had some issues on first setup not being able to connect the ecu to my laptop so I got in contact with james and he was super helpful and quick to respond the whole time. Highly recommend getting in contact with james for any big or small issues.
I can only sing praises with my experience with these guys. Ordered an ECU for my is200 and had a few teething issues with the setup. James was patient and brilliant to deal with, even remoting in to help diagnose the issue. I cannot thank enough for getting it all sorted for me. Overall I cannot fault the service it has been top notch, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking into moving standalone.

One of just 2 places where I could get the Gaggiuino kit. They answered my email questions. DDP was good for no import charge to NL. Dispatch took a bit longer than expected, possibly due to holiday period.
Was given an IS200 PnP for Christmas. So easy to use,the quick start guide got me up and running in an afternoon.
DIY-EFI sells some really cool products but don't expect any kind of support for your order the moment it is placed. I accidentally ordered the wrong version of a kit from them on a Saturday. Immediately emailed them on two addresses, and sent them a facebook message to adjust the order, but got an automated out of hours response. So I repeated this on Monday morning but heard nothing. Then on Tuesday my original order shipped without any acknowledgement of this. Orders are also apparently not returnable, which seems in contravention with Consumer rights act.
Buyers beware.
Ordered the CORE4 MK1 bundle after talking on facebook with them.
Arrived next day, I followed the quick start guide and Bofi video, I had the car running in an afternoon.
I messaged diy-efi about the tuning process and they pointed me towards someone local.
Can't beat the bundle for the money in the UK.
They send you the product and thats it, dont expect customer support of any kind. Also I've seen companies that have better packaging and additional goodies with orders worth less than 10 bucks, while they send you an ECU in a beat up cardboard box that looks like it's been used as a ball at the post office. The only reason I can recommend them is that there's no alternative for EU residents to buy Speeduino ECU's without custom charges, until 2021 that is, after that just buy stuff from SpeedyEFI and you'll be better off in every way.
