Buying paint online
Not being able to buy more of a particular paint at local stores I bit the bullet and looked to buy paint online for the first time. I found the particular brand and colour on DIY Coop at the best price with free p&p. I was concerned there might be a long delivery time but the paint arrived in 3 days, allowing me to get on with the project.It seems the paint came direct from the manufacturer at nearly 20% cheaper than that manufacturer's own online price. I wouldn't use again.
I can't rate a service or product I haven't had! So far pretty abysmal as I've called customer service but still not received any correspondence on my order and it's been a week, yet they've taken my money. Against my better judgement of the reviews I wanted to give Mica DIY a chance but I concur with other poor reviews.

They don’t bother replying to emails and I have no idea if/when my order will turn up.
I got a nice email to say they had got my order, another to say it was being processed and I would get a tracking order when it was sent. That was over a week ago and I have sent 2 emails asking when they thought it would be despatched. I need to plan when i will get the paint and when I can finish my task.I have heard nothing. I am wondering if this is a bogus company and I have been scammed.
