Contacted several transport companies for quotes. EasyAutoShip was competitive, had very good ratings on each of the review sites I looked at, and was very easy to work with. Agent Zeke answered all of my questions and made one follow up call to see if I had the information I needed unlike some other companies who called, texted, and emailed sometimes 2-4 times a day for 2 weeks.

Driver Peter had a very impressive, modern rig, arrived right on schedule, texted along the way, and was very careful with the car. This was through some of the worst winter weather at the north end of the Florida to Illinois trip.

Overall, a very positive experience. I would go with them again.

The experience with Easy Auto Ship was horrendous. We selected Easy Auto Ship due to its reviews and the service from start to finish was horrible. They failed to book a car until after we had moved across the country. We had issues with the driver, but the representative and company were never reachable or responded to emails or phone calls. Once they receive a deposit, you cannot expect to be able to reach them or communicate about your order. They also falsely advertise how you can receive the car. They booked for delivery into Washington D.C. and failed to admit they cannot deliver a car into the district. They also promised to have a pickup within 5 miles of your location, which is also false. They intentionally mislead the customer.

They promised a one to four day window to pick up my car on New Years Eve, I even asked if the holiday would affect their pick up window time frame, and they said that there would be drivers during the holiday. In actuality, it took 10 days until they could find a driver, and I had to pay $300 more then what they had quoted me just to get a driver that day. Their excuse was that they cannot anticipate drivers taking leave or getting sick over the holidays (but this company has been in business for eight years?!?)
In addition to their impotence, their customer service was pathetic. The agent I was working with never picked up any of my calls or even returned one of my calls when I left a voicemail. However, when my husband called from his phone, they picked up immediately (probably thinking it was a new customer.)
I will never use or recommend this nightmare of a company again.

I used Easy Auto Ship to broker an auto transport from Georgia to Florida. Overall, the experience was very good, and the service was performed at a fair price. The placement of the order took 12 days to perform, but this was mostly due to the holidays. The telephone recording for EAS describes the customer having a "single point of contact." However, I ended up needing to work through five customer service people to get my order scheduled.

I was very happy with Samantha at Easy Auto ship. She was correct with the pick up date and good price, lots of communication and very friendly. I am also very happy with FUPM LOGISTICS LLC, the driver Damon was extremely friendly, professional and arrived on time with car in excellent condition. He communicated and got us our car in the time he told us. Highly recommend them and would use FUPM LOGISTICS again.

The service was outstanding, courteous and friendly. Delivered my car from Atlanta to Bainbridge island......perfect.

Used EasyAutoShip to ship a car from Bay area to San Diego. Omar clearly explained the process, and set realistic expectations. The driver picked up the car as scheduled, and delivered it on time. Had a great experience overall, will use EasyAutoShip again.

My experience was amazing. Vehicle arrived before I got to CT. I traveled from Texas. Transporter was very professional and I will most definetly use then again, if needed. Absolutely no complaints.

Punched in my info online, talked to my service advisor a little bit later and explained my specific needs on the phone. Within a few hours, we had arranged a time for pickup with the transporter who was super communicative, on-time and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible. They didn't know where my car was, they told me that it was delivered when it hadn't been. They don't have GPS tracking. They hung up on me several times. If your rep is Daniel Rucker BEWARE. He's not responsive, doesn't give you updates on anything, and hangs up on you when you call him directly. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

Excellent transaction. The car was picked up when they said and arrived when they said. No damage to the car. Driver was very professional. Would use again should I need a car shipped.

Its a great experience with how this company doing business , trustworthy and quick respond if you have any question , very ! Very happy with Richard at Easy Auto and the driver Lamar.

Tiffany and Lindsay were absolutely wonderful! I was quoted a fair price for transport from VA to FL, and it never changed. Tiffany kept me updated in the weeks prior to transport. 10tilMidnight was chosen as our company to load up the car and move. Kenny and Iris were such a pleasure to work with. This was my third time using EasyAutoShip. Each time, they picked and delivered my car in the agreed upon time frame and at the agreed upon price. Their quoted price my be a bit higher than others, but that’s okay.

I was apprehensive about shipping our car from a rural area in NY to a freight forwarder in Florida.
I read some horror stories about everything from damages to delays.
I did research and saw positive reviews about Easy Ship.
From the time I first contacted them, and in particular, Eric, the communications were constant. I had a narrow window for shipping and they made it work. I genuinely am impressed with their service, professionalism,and timing, and would recommend them, and, If I need services that they offer, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was the first time I shipped a car and in one phone conversation Gary was able to explain the process in detail that I was able to understand. He’s the best! There was one glitch...the drivers truck broke down which delayed the pickup but driver kept in touch continuously so I knew what was going on! I would definitely use them again!

Samantha was hands down the best. Very friendly and easy to work with. Organized and prompt. Her communication skills were elite. Anytime anywhere I was able to get a hold of her. Overall she made the process very enjoyable. She didn't take any flack from drivers as a few were trying to negotiate our set price. In the end she found a driver same day that agreed to the lowest price set. Fantastic work. Thank you!

The car was picked up within 2 hours of my order being placed in Austin, TX.
Very courteous drivers and the Car Carrier looked new.
The car was delivered to my daughter in California on Thursday evening, just three days later. Outstanding service, great communication. Very happy! Would use again
