I was very pleased with every aspect of the process of transporting a car from South Carolina to Brooklyn. The drivers did a fantastic job. The car arrived safely and promptly. The customer service and Chris Gullia at headquarters were very professional and supportive.

Fantastic customer service! Everything went perfectly until my car was not delivered when it should have been, One call to Easy auto and they were all over it for me! They worked tirelessly to get hold of the driver and find out what happened and, as it turned out, the truck had mechanical issues. The folks at Easy Auto were very kind and made me feel comfortable during the inconvenience of the delay. I highly recommend Easy Auto!

First time shipping a vehicle and it was relatively new so I was a bit nervous. With a recommendation from Forbes, I contacted easy auto ship. My go-to person was Shannon. She was patient, reliable and phenomenal. She found a carrier for me that very same day we completed the order. Ideal transport was my carrier. Both the local driver who picked my car and the driver, Peter, who transported it were amazing. Peter got the car to me in 3/4 days that’s crazy for a cross country trip. But for dirt which was expected, the car was as it is. Easy auto ship even refunded me for the car wash, courtesy Shanon. Even more satisfying, is the price for shipping. Very affordable. Easy and Ideal will ship all my vehicles whenever necessary, till thy kingdom comes.

The overall experience was good. BUT - the final price was $350 more than the original bid. So, one could think of it as bait-and-switch. However, the fact that it was finally delivered without issue or damage is a plus. Additionally, my contact at the company was reachable and helpful in finding the driver. The reason the price went up is that the drivers who could have picked it up earlier would not accept the price they budgeted. My recommendation, don't go by only the price diffference, make sure you see the reviews, like this one, that tell you the price can change even after the quote.

We had a very difficult move in a busy part of Miami. Our driver managed to skillfully place our Ferrari and his first transport of a Defender. Challenge being the Ferrari 612 the last V12 is very wide while the Defender is tall. The driver masterfully fit them in and with his huge covered truck got across country cratch free!

Very reliable, everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. As the driver traveled from Arizona to Missouri he was in constant contact and delivered our vehicle within two days. The entire experience was great and would definitely use them again.

Representative was helpful and didn’t pressure. Company don’t bait and switch and upheld agreement as promised. Vehicle arrived safely and on time. Driver was communicating with us the whole time. I would definitely use again.

From the first interaction to the last I couldn’t say more good about my experience! If I could rate them higher I would . The communication from the company and driver was above and beyond . I can not say enough good! I would recommend them any day .

Linda Stine handled my booking from Ohio to San Diego. She was always there to answer questions either on the telephone or via email. She continually kept me updated on the delivery status. My car arrived safe and sound and a day early.
Great service

The service was terrible. My car was scheduled to arrive on a Saturday. In the evening when it had not arrived I contacted the dispatch person from the delivery service and got one run around after another. I then tried to contact Easy Auto because they advertise 24/7 availability. After sending several text with no answers I tried their phone number several times and again no answer. I will never use them again.

Regarding Easy Auto Ship's reply. This was not the info Mary from the delivery company gave me. She said he had other cars to pick up after ours and that the traffic in DC was bad. She said nothing about brake problems.

I shipped my car from VA to CA, and the AE, Chris G., couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. He was easy to get a hold of, and the carrier that picked up my car was great. I got the car in one week despite the January snow storms. Highly recommend!

Easy Auto Ship, in particular Colin, was excellent to work with. Very responsive and the best price. Good communication throughout the process. I had an issue with my car and had to delay the ready date by a few days and they quickly accommodated me. Vehicle ultimately arrived at its destination a day earlier than thought at time of pick up. Highly recommend Easy Auto Ship.

I wouldn't recommend it. The agent failed to secure the first driver on time, and the second driver wasn't confirmed until just before the final shipping day, resulting in an additional $100 fee due to the agent's error. Moreover, I had to initiate contact daily to get updates on the booking status. The agent's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, pressuring me to pay the extra fee to ensure the second driver.

The pickup went well, but the delivery process was fraught with issues. The car was supposed to arrive on 12/26/2023 but was delayed by a day. The representative failed to communicate proactively, requiring me to reach out over 10 times for updates. Additionally, the representative inquired about payment without even verifying if I had received the car, which I hadn't at the time.

Reflecting on this experience, I would not choose Easy Auto Ship again due to the excessive fees beyond our agreement, the lack of professionalism, passive customer service, and the delay in delivery.

Very professional driver. Fast, easy all around.

They were supposed to pick up the vehicle in late November and deliver it to an auto repair shop I use. I gave Easy Auto Ship the days and hours the shop would be open. The driver arrived ON THANKSGIVING DAY! My friend had to interrupt his family Thanksgiving dinner and drive 20 miles to meet him, help load the truck, then drive 20 miles back. Then the next day the driver attempted to deliver the vehicle to the repair shop -- Friday, the day after Thanksgiving -- and of course they had closed for the holiday weekend. When I told Easy Auto Ship that I never, and would never, schedule the shipping for a major holiday weekend and of course the shop was closed, as was every repair shop in town, she said, "you didn't tell us." What??! I didn't tell you it was Thanksgiving?? You don't know that almost every small business in America closes on Thanksgiving through Sunday? I would have given them one star except for the driver, who was very professional. He doesn't work for Easy Auto Ship, so apparently they are a broker.

The process was excellent and my advisor was very informative. I guess shipping before a holiday was difficult, the pickup was delayed as well as the delivery.
Other than that everything was Top Notch.

My vehicle was damaged by them in transport from MA to Texas and as I was moving there as well I wasn't able to see the vehicle within 24 hours so they've refused to fix the damage done to my vehicle. I have the before and after pictures from the BOL proving the damage was done during transportation, yet you won't take responsibility. Shameful and dishonest

Easy Auto Ship was great. They quoted me a price for transporting car with 15 boxes of literature! I accepted the price and the car got to NJ from Florida in 2 and a half days. Thanks to Benjamin from Youngstown Ohio.

My car was delivered on time when they said it would be and a day earlier than promised from our agreement. They call the night before and ask if I could have it a day early. Price was good, driver took care was very professional and the car was tied down and he took great care unloading

Awesome company! No games no added cost. Anthony in Ohio office is a professional, don't waste time saving 200 bucks on a cheaper company they all wasted my time and rip you off these guys are as advertised 100% will use again!
