I made an online purchase on Sunday. Despatched first thing Monday and arrived in time on Wednesday. I make regular online purchases for wood turning tools and first time I have used DJ Evans, best service by far I can recall for some time. I will be a returning customer.
Prior to ordering the kit, I did have a discussion with DJ Evans customer services regarding the kit.
The item arrived at the expected time, but there was a slight damage to the outer packaging.
I again contacted and informed DJ Evans customer services, and was assured that the item would be replaced if it had suffered any damage.
Fortunately, all turned out well because the damage was only superficial, and the contents were therefore untouched and turned out to be in perfect condition.
The members of staff that attended to my queries were knowledgeable, refreshingly courteous, and of course helpful.
I have not yet used the kit, so I can not comment on how well it performs.
However having carefully inspected it, I can say that it appears to be a sturdy and well made good quality product which will be perfect for my needs.
Hence, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I certainly recommend DJ Evans Group.
