Absolutely rotten customer service. Not 1 response and the ship time was totally unacceptable. They waited until the last minute to ship and did not respond to inquiries, at all. I understand the east coast is known for rudeness, but, this is ridiculous.

Been buying form them for a while. Found out from google they had a data breach in may. They didn't notify me that my information got stolen or that I need to reset my password. I decided that I could no longer trust them and wanted them to delete my account. The problem is you can't just delete like most sites you have to contacted they data-privacy(at)pipingrock.com via email. I did this twice and both time no response. I can only surmise but it feels like the data breach was on purpose so they could sell my information.

These guys take your money and if you get your product?
Consider yourself lucky
I ordered a $45 item and had to email back and forth for a week to try and get a replacement for an item that didn't show up.
They said it was delivered but had no photo as proof, just told me too bad...

Stay away...

You have to have a physical store in the EU, where you also sell from, as the EU changes customs rules that make it much more expensive for customers in the EU.

When I go back to thailand, I will shop again.

Long delivery time and now I am need to pay tax.
The site was Danish and no information about tax.
Never buy products by this firm.

I bough 1000mg capsules of Niacin, reading on the page that it could help a condition I have. However, when taking the first capsule my skin over the entire body started burning and itching. It has now been going on for 8 hours and I feel like fever. Googled the product and find that the daily dose should be 15mg and that 1000mg is only for serious medical use and that anyone using it will experience what I did and should contact a doctor. None of this was shared on PipingRock website or on the pills. This is a dangerous and irresponsible site that should not even have the one star.

I am in Australia and ordered some D Ribose a few weeks ago. It arrived no problem, within the time as I realised it was overseas anyway would take weeks. Very happy with the packaging and the product. I don't understand peeps comments about extra payments at customs? years now. ai have had excellent service, orders in time and packaged very nicely. The price point alli s me to take my doctor recommended aupplements without destroying my budget. I had one issue with a diffuser that arrived and wasn’t working. They replaced it with no problems. I like the well presented products on-line information. Most product queations are answered promptly.
