Automating replies instead of taking customers serious
After multiple attempts at resolving an issue with the store and online customer service, Rains have reached a "broken record"-point.
Chronology:
1. Bought a backpack in store.
1a. After coming home I realize that the employee removed the tags w/o my consent – or it came w/o tags originally.
2. I was refused to exchange it for another backpack a few days later, because the tags were removed.
If they "consider as used, when the hangtags are taken off from the product", then I was per their own definition sold a used item.
This is my first encounter with this level of hypocrisy in danish stores. Be careful fellow consumers. Don't let stores take advantage of your unassuming lowered guards.
