Horrible Experience
I ordered battery and adapter for Del Laptop in November and I still didn't get it. Good think was that I bought it by PayPal and I've got my money back. However that was first and last time what I ordered on this website.

Awful experience.

I ordered two replacement batteries for a Canon DSLR.

The picture on the site clearly shows legitimate Canon batteries when ordering.

The order took over a month to arrive and there was no response from the chasing emails i sent.

I was sent fake Chinese product, that did not work in the camera.

There was no response until I raised a dispute through PayPal and they said they would refund part of the cost (excluding post) if i returned the batteries ... to China.

I am still waiting for a refund 6 months later.

I would not recommend in anyway.

Oh dear, I placed an order for a new laptop battery for my HP Probook 6550b on 11th october. Didn't receive anything until today and the track and trace number doesn't seem to work. But judging all the stated comments before regarding this 'webshop' I am afraid I've been scammed.
I hope I'll get my money back from PayPal. I actually don't understand PayPal is still in business with them!

I paid for a laptop battery and they just didn't send it. No communication from their side. I send them several emails and no answer. Just took the money. I had to claim PayPal.

I ordered and payied my battery but after 15 days I didn't receive anything and no answer to my 3 e.mails. unbelivable. This is the worst internet purchasing eVer experienced! They should be cancelled.

In Stock or "op voorraad" means somewhere on the world it is in stock.
A simple battery pack in stock takes more then 2 weeks to deliver!

Please accept my advice. Don't place an order for anything with this swindlers association. I wait for my ordered battery more than 4 weeks and my e-mails asking illumination remain without reply. It seems to be extraordinary that such a company (better we can say "criminal gang") can exist in the list of internet suppliers even if nearly all reviews are so negative!!!

I live in Netherlands and ordered a battery for my old Mac Air. Today I finally received good complete product in about 10 working days.

I had same problems as guys below, no replies and so on, that I freaked out tried to cancel it, but (gladly now) they didn't respond at all. I was worried about quality as well but, actually, the capacity of battery-7000mAH I received is way better than it informed-6500mAH.

So I can't assure anything about this company, I mean I could complain so much for the fact they don't respond (that now it happens to be I bought another one now in the middle of 10 days). Wait at least two weeks, since they send from China.

Habe nach 3 Jahren durch viel ein und auspacken mein Apple Netzteil mit Kabelbruch verloren. Keine Chance zur Reparatur. Das Angebot statt ca. 90 € bis 99 € nur 37,50 € inkl. Versandkosten bei top-battery-adapter.com zu bestellen war verlockend und ohne vorher dieses Bewertungsportal zu besuchen habe ich dort bestellt und mit Kreditkarte auch gleich bezahlt. Nach 14 Tagen war das Paket auch endlcih da. Hat eine EWIGKEIT gedauert. Aber das warten hat sich gelohnt. Alles super. Netzteil Funktioniert und ca. 60 € gespart. Auch wenn es ziemlich lange unterwegs war.

After 14 days the package was also endlcih there. It took ETERNITY. But the wait was worth it. Everything great. Power supply Functions and approximately 60 € saved. Even though it was quite long on the road.

I have bought on it.top-battery-adapter.com a replacement battery for my notebook. After few weeks, I received an uncompatible battery and contacted them for the replacement of the object. They recognized the error and asked me to send them back the battery, and i would have received a full refund afterwhile.
After sending back the object (to china), they disappeared and stopped replying to any email. No refund was given. Avoid them .

We ordered a battery for an Acer laptop. I needed it for my work computer so I paid $29 for rush shipping. 2 days after my order I receive a email saying it has shipped and I will receive it 7 to 15 days. In what world is that rush? I emailed them. They agreed to charge only standard shipping. 28 days later I had still not received the battery. I opened a complaint with PayPal. Their tracking link never worked at all. Until now when it magically works and show it being delivered. But we never received it. The tracking link isn't from a major shipping company or anything (not FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS or Canada post). So I think it is a scam. Plus when you add ca. In front of their website it makes it appear they are shipping from Canada. Again a scam. So PayPal won't refund my money and I have no battery. DON'T buy from these guys. They will take your money, lie to you and not ship you your item.
