The pieces of jewellery I ordered are delightful. However, their Customer Service is amazing together with infinite patience dealing with me.
I ordered a ring which is too large and asked to return it yesterday for a smaller size as I need it for next week. From receiving my request and from sending my proof of purchase - the replacement is in the post to be delivered on Monday. A turn round of 4 days.
I shall definitely be ordering more items for myself and gifts.

Placed an order for an engraved necklace, had to chase up after 11 days as no updates received- told technical issue with using “&” on the engraving, despite this being shown as possible on their website and the picture of the necklace actually has “&” on it???? No contact saying there was issues, unable to engrave what they advertised they can and no apology, not even the offer of selling at sale price they now have for the necklace considering I did not receive - UPDATE - responded to my review asking to contact on WhatsApp to resolve - I already did that and my review is based on what was relayed via that platform

This company is certainly 5*! Only recently made my first purchase, soon after another 3 orders. Jewellery often arrives the next day & if not it’s the day after. I wanted to replace 4 items with different items & needed a refund on something else, all sorted very quickly, customer service is excellent. The jewellery is of a high standard, presented in a velveteen pouch & in a pretty box that’s worth keeping. Beautiful shiny gold that won’t come off or tarnish at very reasonable prices & very often offers. Highly recommend this company!

What a great customer service, I'd lost my pendent from my necklace, D.louise were amazing I was so upset as it was from my children for my birthday 🎂 they offered to replace the item for half the original price, so kind and understanding.

Unfortunately, I cannot give any evaluation of the products because I still have not received them. The order was placed on February 23, with delivery promised within two to five business days, and today it is already March 15.
I contacted the company but have not received any response. This is very disappointing, because there is no one helping me understand what happened to my order. It seems to be lost or stuck somewhere. According to the tracking information, it cannot clear customs, which is confusing because the order was placed for delivery within Portugal. I do not understand why it was sent outside the EU and then had to re-enter and go through customs control, where it has now been delayed.
Both DHL and the company remain silent, and I am simply left without my order. It is very unfortunate.
