Renewal. Lost license. First renewal after reaching 70.

Very attentive staff who spared no time in dealing with my renewal which was complicated by losing old paper license two years ago
Extremely attentive and in my view Dorothy went out of her way to successfully reach a conclusion
New license duly arrived as she said it would.
Could not have been more pleased

Top class service from Dorothy!

Dorothy was invaluable at helping me update my old paper licence to a new photo plastic licence.
She keep me updated throughout the process and would highly recommend her if you need help when applying.

My DVLA renewal

From the beginning was a bit slowly, but then I started interact more and vice versa; I must say they are very helpful, kind and supportive during the all process.
