Having worked in many schools over the last 25 years, DL Solutions are by far the best company I’ve ever dealt with.
As the company name states, solutions are provided at all times of the day and with no fuss.
Danny has a wealth of experience and has an incredible team supporting both in school and out with regards to technical support at your fingertips as well as having a great Safeguarding and Cybersecurity Manager (Mark) who ensures compliance and is always available to help.

DL Solutions have managed IT in schools I have worked in over the last 18 years; the friendly team keep things running and will always step up in the event of emergencies. They're only an email away.

We have used DL Solutions for a number of years. Their level of customer service and expertise is second to none. Response times are virtually immediate and a solution is always found. This week we've had a software synchronisation issue fixed within minutes of raising a ticket, and a software installation and integration completed effortlessly. Highly recommended.

I have worked in a few schools and I can absolutely say that this is the best tech support I've come across. During Covid, Mark helped endlessly while we were setting up our Microsoft Teams resource. I cannot fault the service that Lee provides for our school. He always checks that all of our equipment is working effectively and up to speed. He is happy to help with any technical issues we may have and is quick to provide quotes for new equipment we may need. He always arrives promptly in the morning and gets to work straight away. Lee has even gone above and beyond to help out at times when we need extra support (even if it means he has to do it later that evening). I would recommend his service to any school.

We have had a complete Computer Suite fitted out with refurbished PC's. D.L. Solutions provided an excellent service.
