The instructions on the website for single letter engraving is misleading. I ended up with brackets around each of my single letters (which were initials). The quality of engraving also does look like the examples on the website. The quality of the engraving on my product, I felt, was dull and the finish was rough to the touch.
On a more positive note, the watch box purchased is stunning - just a pity about the engraving as it totally ruined the gift.

Ordered a beautiful jewellery box for my daughter for Mothers day and it arrived in time, Simply stunning box.

Made in China and screws which hold the door hinges on were loose. Disappointing considering the price. Otherwise looks good.
