First time I’ve used DLT Trading and they were a pleasure to by from. I bought my BRK Gunny Scandi 3v on the Thursday 27th August and it arrived on Tuesday 1st September in the UK and that is over the weekend and we had a bank holiday on the Monday so Sunday and Monday nothing is being shipped on those days, so I was extremely happy at how fast it arrived. Great company and I’ve already ordered another knife from them because I received a gift certificate which expired on September 11th and they have held on to it for me as I’m away till the 22nd and they are shipping just before I get home. So they are a very helpful company with great staff.

At first I liked you guys, i got my first order without any issues. Then I had an order get canceled and refunded with no explanation, and then I placed another which got as far as being picked up to ship and the same thing happened. I tried calling and to be fair you guys might just have a lot of voicemails to get through and I did call when you guys were closed, but honestly the lack of communication from everyone about why I can't seem to order from them more then once at most thus far is already on my nerves. I just want to get into collecting semi higher end knives (primarily gravity knives currently, which are legal in my state as far as I've seen) and having nearly every order I place either get flagged for some reason no one knows or canceled the day before I get it is not something I appreciate. Again, I can't really complain about much more, finding things on your site is easy, you didn't deny my first order like some places *cough* blade hq *cough*, and I could honestly just have bad luck or be the issue or both. I only wish there was more communication beyond just "hey, we canceled your order, here's your money back"
