I was excited to find this place

I was excited to find this place , hoping to get somethings to stock up on . I placed my order, but then got a message that I was not able to get some because I had not opened those areas. I was confused, didnt know what I could get instead, cost...I was live chatting ...They were sooo helpful, considerate and understanding! Even though it took a little time I was greatly appreciative of their support,promptness, and quick delivery! THANKS
