Danny came and repaired our washing machine at short notice. He was knowledgeable and willingly shared his expertise. Would recommend him on price and responsiveness.

Repair and Assure failed repair
Company came out under contract to Repair and Assure to look at fixing my washer dryer due to dryer not working correctly and subsequently part malfunctioning causing machine not to wash either, whilst they may have rights to work in safe environment etc they refused to assist despite area they needed being suitable to fix my machine and rather judge me and my home. Thus experience upset and offended me whether was their intention or not, subsequently cancelled contract with repair and assure!

As you stated in your 1 star review, the engineer does have the right to work in a safe environment and he didn’t feel the environment was clean/safe. You also said that the experience upset and offended you, this was not our intention and because we do not want to upset you any further we will not be adding photographs of the mentioned unsafe environment in this response. The health and safety of our employees is paramount.
We are sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review on Trustpilot and Google in this way affecting a small business when it could have easily be resolved by giving the engineer a safe/clean working environment.
If you have any further complaints please take them up with the company that you contracted to carry out the repair which was not ourselves

Danny was responsive, professional and speedy. Very happy customer (and pug). Will be sure to use him again should any other appliance need repairing

Was given an appointment because I was close by and was charged less than the quoted price when it turned out to be a easier fix than was first quoted for.
Honesty like that is worth its weight!
Chap was nice to talk to and professional.
