Scammers! Scammed me on Manifold Paradox Arcana. I wrote 2 requests to their support, and they just closed my requests, they can't even check the history of my trades.

Greetings and thank you for your feedback. I have already provided you with a complete statement of all your transactions on Reddit, so I see no point in duplicating this here as well. You made several trades and withdrew the item you received as a result. All items you deposited were used in trades, none of them evaporated or disappeared anywhere, this is technically impossible and you can personally review all transactions and amounts you received. One of your trades was economically disadvantageous, you purchased one item for 39.99 and immediately sold it for 24USD in the next exchange, hence the difference. I also want to remind you that all items and targets are listed by other people, we do not buy or sell anything from you, we act only as a mediator.

Just did a trade. Will update in 7 days after trade protection expires if anything weird happens, but for now I'm more or less happy with it. Trades went through quickly and easily. Only thing to be aware of is that prices are kinda bad. I didn't really care this time, but just know about it.

I tried trading my stuff but I couldn’t because of a bug on your site. No matter how much items I put, it would always should me “something went wrong with your trade, trying using less items”. Even with only 1 item I couldn’t trade. Wouldn’t recommend using that site anymore to my friends.

The most common is that your items had a 7-day trade protection period from Steam - in this case, you cannot withdraw funds until that timer expires, which is a Valve restriction that applies to all marketplaces.
Other possibilities include pending KYC verification requirements from our financial providers, or technical issues with your chosen withdrawal method. If you're stuck in verification, Payoneer and Skrill are available as withdrawal options that don't require additional verification on our side.

In most cases, the exchange works automatically and you receive exactly the skin you selected from the showcase, and if there were any restrictions on it, you see them in advance. A possible scenario is that during item withdrawal, an error occurs in SteamDB, and the item becomes unavailable for withdrawal for 8 days. I will be happy to explain to you how exactly the price for your skins is formed. All items and all targets are listed by real people, we as a marketplace do not buy or sell anything. During the exchange, the system finds the highest target from another user for your item, it is sold at that target and with the proceeds the system buys the skin you want. This means the price for your item can be below market value, or at market value. You are not obligated to sell your item for the amount indicated in the exchange if it does not suit you. You can also always check all active bids on your skins, and if any of them seem below market value to you, you can place your own bids and profit from it. This is an open market where you see all the information. We act in this process only as a mediator.
