Horrible service- kept logging me out of my instagram account. I notified service I wanted to cancel the day I signed up because it wasn’t working with my account- they cancelled the service but refused to refund. I was told to schedule a call to talk about an upgrade and they have still refused the refund
They changed email address and password of our Business Account, no resolution has been found.

First of all, any email you send them about questions of their service falls on deaf ears. The service is too good to be true. They require you to turn of 2 factor authentication to connect, which is a huge no no. Instagram sends a notification to ban your account as soon as you connect and start sending messaged. It is just too risky to use and figure out.
I've been looking at DM pro but their pricing practices are deceiving. They advertise a $19 price plan but don't let you sign-up on the plan. Also, why are all these reviews within the month of April? Weird, no?
