I contacted DNA Diagnostics Center for help with placing an order for dna tests. They are super friendly,very helpful and made the process very easy! Being able to use q tips for the samples and not having to wait for a kit to be shipped out made the process extremely fast! I had my test results within a week. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use their service again in the future.

I called to see how I could expedite my results and was helped to change my order to come quicker.

I ask for results to state if I am the father or not the father , instead they sent me results saying that I’m not excluded , one of my child got a note at the end of his results and the other one didn’t get a note at the end of the results , the problem I am having is I’m not sure if one of my sons are mine , it’s a possibility he can be my brother child , my brother is decease so I don’t know how to go about getting his dna 🧬, I paid for further Dna testing , so I would believe that the results would of gave me the ideal if I am the father or not the father , not being excluded to unrelated father ,

I was very disappointed when they had a question on my samples and they didn't call me! After 2 weeks, I called them and learned that they had sent an email to the wrong address! Your system needs to improve.

This company was very fast and efficient. They let me know they received the sample and when I could expect results. I received an email several days sooner than I expected telling me my "Petey" was a GIRL! According to eye color, he should've been a boy. Finding out she is a girl is very important, so I can be vig.ilant about any egg issues she may have. Thank you DNA Diagnostics
